“We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is in a beautiful and quiet location. It is small, more like a restaurant with rooms and is very traditional in feel. It takes around 20-25 minutes to walk into the town of Mayenne along the river. Breakfast was good and we had dinner in the restaurant one night which was very good. Staff are polite and helpful. “We had arrived by bike after a 70 km ride and we found the gate closed. The time was 4pm, as indicated on the booking for check-in, but the owner told us to come one hour late because he was not home. The room was dirty, and the fourth bed fell apart in the middle of the night and was not suitable for an adult person. Breakfast had counted items and at the request to have one extra croissant the answer was "no". The place does not offer any beverages for purchase. You have to drink tap water...

"We had a fantastic experience staying in this charming treehouse with our family. It's a handcrafted place with lots of character, yet it’s very well equipped – there's electricity, running water, and even a bathroom with hot water, which was a big plus. The beds were really comfortable, and we all slept very well. One of the highlights was the lovely tour the owner gave us around the property. We got to meet all the animals – donkeys, rabbits, goats, chickens, and geese – which our kids absolutely loved. There’s also a small lake where you can fish and a pool to cool off in, making the whole experience even more special. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a unique and relaxing stay in nature!"
