“The only comment is that you have to go a flight of stairs up to get to loft, no elevator. Other that that a five star stay.”

Gave 4 stars because when we checked in there was only one towel for the two of us and we couldn't get another one til the next morning when housekeeping was working since it was about 10 pm. And the couch in our room was very uncomfortable to sit on normally. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay and would recommend to others.”

However, there were two major issues that affected our stay. The scent throughout the hotel was very strong and overwhelming, and it caused problems for my asthma and environmental sensitivities.
