    Come and enjoy this magnificent villa of 160 m2 completely renovated. Located only 5 minutes from Pontivy in Morbihan.
    Are you hesitating between southern Brittany, northern Brittany, Finistère, or do you want to discover Brittany on the land side? You are 35 minutes from the first beaches of Guidel, 20 minutes from Lake Guerlédan and less than an hour from many tourist sites.
    You are 2 minutes walk from the blavet, fishing parties (perch, roach, pike...), bike rides, hikes...
    NB: A second accommodation (Gîte Ty nevé 5/6 pers) is also available for rent. The 2 gîtes are independent and each have their own entrance, terrace... The swimming pool of 9 meters * 4 is common to the 2 cottages (Maxi 9 people)

RETOUR A LA NATURE

Nous étions 8 adultes. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une bâtisse rénovée avec goût et avec vue sur de grands arbres. Une parenthèse au milieu de la nature avec les oiseaux en toile de fond. Le halage le long du Blavet à 5 mn à pied. Un lieu pour se ressourcer, se reposer et penser...

Recently renovated gite in a very quiet and beautiful area

Very warm and friendly welcome from the owners, with a nice bottle of local cider and some biscuits to help us recover from the long journey. They also coped with my basic French! Information on the property and the surrounding area was clear and useful. Very close to Pontivy where there are hypermarkets, shops etc. Also next to the amazing cycle path on the river - great for walks and easy cycling. Less than an hour from the beach as well so you have the best of all worlds. Added to this is that the area is very quiet and peaceful. Property appears to have been recently renovated. Some parts looked a little unfinished e.g. bare lightbulbs in some rooms and outside but this is a fairly minor issue. Overall extremely clean with good facilities although a bigger freezer would have been good for ice and ice creams :) The electric blinds were very useful in the heatwave. Towels and bedding were supplied although extra hand towels in the bathrooms would have been useful and there were no cleaning products available for us to use to keep the house clean during our two week stay. Comfortable beds and nice spacious rooms. Living area was large and the table football on the mezzanine was a really nice touch. The inclusion of a separate office area was also quite useful if anyone wanted to rent this property for teleworking. Internet was ok for general use noting that it was a mobile connection, not wired. We would recommend this property to families or couples looking for a quiet holiday. With apologies for the English review but Vrbo will not give me enough room to also write this in French!

Séjour très agréable

Logement spacieux et lumineux, très confortable et bien équipé. Nous aurions aimé un peu plus de produits ménagers (liquide vaisselle par exemple) mais ce n’est pas un souci susceptible de gâcher le séjour. L’accueil a été très agréable Nous gardons l’adresse

Super week-end

Nous avons passé un agréable week-end au calme, avec des balades à vélo le long du canal. La maison est magnifique, nous avons eu des réponses rapides à toutes nos questions. Nous recommandons à 100% le logement.

Un Noël dans un cadre idéal

Une superbe maison au calme, joliment décorée. Parfaite pour une grande famille. Une superbe rivière à 200m pour se promener. Les chambres sont belles et grandes. Tout était parfait. Les propriétaires ont pu répondre à toutes nos questions. Merci pour votre accueil! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter!

Très belle maison confortable, au calme, bien équipée et spacieuse. Les jouets et les livres pour les enfants sont un atout pour ceux qui viennent en famille :)
