    A PIEDI A PIEDI, ATTRAVERSO, COMPLETAMENTE RISTRUTTURATO E DECORATO CON GUSTO E RAFFINATO DA UN DECORATORE DI RENOMMEE INTERNATIONALE
    TROVERAI UNO SPAZIO SIA CHIC E CONVIVIAL
    CON UN GIARDINO TERRAZZO DI CIRCA 70 METRI QUADRATI ESPONE IL SUD PIENO IN LEGNO ESOTICO PER VOI PER RILASSARSI SULLE BAGNI DEL SOLE.

Lovely holiday apartment!

We had a lovely week at Vanessa's apartment.The location is perfect, a short walk into town or 10 min Uber to Pampellone beach. The apartment is spacious with 2 large private terraces, all beautifully styled.Vanessa was incredibly helpful from start to finish, we couldn't have asked for more from a host! We can't wait to come back!

Sketchy Management

Had a great time until I was charge 150 euros with a claim that I left the unit "very messy" which could not be further from the truth. I even left an equivalent value if not more amount of very nice food for the maid as a kind gesture, which I could have taken with me. An infuriating way to end what would have been a decent review so book with caution and prepare to get ripped off in the end. This case isn't as much about 150 euros as it is the principle of being unlawfully charged and getting a finger pointed at even when doing the right thing. VERY disappointing.

Beautiful Apartment close to the city

We had a nice week in you beautiful Apartemnet. The apartment is located in a nice area just a 10min walk from everything city, beach, harbor etc. they only annoying thing was the noise from the 8h watching tv neighbor above and the handymen’s from the neighbors house, which you only hear when your are on the terrace lying in the sun.

Schönes Appartement in toller Lage

Das Appartement ist sehr geschmackvoll und individuell eingerichtet, sauber und komfortabel! Die Lage in der Nähe des Place des Lice ist optimal! 2 schöne Terrassen und Gemeinschaftspool. Toller support beim check in! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Stayed with my 2 children in this lovely apartment for 2 weeks in June/July 2016. First it's very convenient located; we always walked into town to all the shops, great resraurants, famous harbor etc. The appartment is beautiful decorated with a lovely eye for detail and a touch of international flair; being on groundlevel with the patio garden is a joy at every moment of the day. A generous & very well equiped kitchen which is a joy for a mum being away from home, but also stil loves to cook! The complex shared pool is clean & cozy. Being so close to all the nice beaches + great beach clubs makes it having best of both worlds to enjoy a super + elegant holiday time at the Côte d'Azur! Without any doubt this is a more than wonderful place to stay either for couples, either for small families if you do not want to stay a hotel! Already booked again!!

Helemaal niet tevreden!!!!

Ik zal maar met de enige positieve opmerking beginnen; perfecte ligging maar daar stopt het voor ons dan ook mee. Zeker geen appartement voor 4 volwassenen. In de 2de slaapkamer staat een eenpersoonsbed met daaronder een bed om uit te trekken van slechte kwaliteit. In het appartement is geen eettafel voorzien enkel 3 (geen 4) hoge barkrukken. Aangezien het te koud was om buiten te eten hebben we dan maar gans de week aan de salontafel gegeten. Niet erg geslaagd als je ziet hoeveel huurprijs wordt gevraagd. Maar hetgeen ons het meest gefrustreerd heeft aan deze woning zijn de afspraken met de eigenaar. We hadden een late vlucht zo arriveerden we maar na middernacht in saint-tropez. Ik had dit gemeld bij de boeking maar geen reactie gekregen dus voor mij was alles ok. Dacht ik toch. Tot na de volledige betaling er wel een probleem werd van gemaakt en ik 150€ moest betalen aan een persoon die 's nachts op me zou wachten om de sleutel te geven. Ik voelde me verveeld met de situatie en ging akkoord met dit bedrag. De eigenaar wisselde onze gsmnummers uit aan de persoon in kwestie dat ik kon verwittigen wanneer we er bijna waren. So no problem. Tot we er bijna waren en ik het nummer opbelde en blijkbaar verkeerd verbonden was met een razende heer omdat ik hem had wakker gebeld. Eens aan het appartement aangekomen bleek ik een code nodig te hebben om een deurtje te openen alvorens aan de bel van het appartement te geraken. Om het verhaal kort te maken verkeerde gsmnr. en geen code gekregen. Na 1 uur wachten en tevergeefse moeite om de eigenaar zelf te bereiken dan maar in een hotel gaan slapen. Ze heeft me nog diezelfde nacht opgebeld met de vraag waar ik bleef. Tot overmaat van ramp had ze de persoon die op mij zat te wachten ook mijn gsmnr. verkeerd doorgegeven. Zo was het onmogelijk elkaar te bereiken. Ik heb dan nog 's nachts de sleutel gaan ophalen en die 150€ betaald want die persoon die op mij zat te wachten trof geen schuld. Daar bovenop 300€ extra betaald voor het hotel. Besluit eigenares 3 fouten gemaakt dus ik vond dat ze op zijn minst kon tussenkomen in onze extra kosten gemaakt door haar fout. Zij vindt dat missen menselijk is dus ziet ze dan ook geen reden om tegemoet te komen. We moesten maar blijven wachten hebben op straat zei ze. Dus als je besluit dit appartement te boeken wees dan op je hoede want je hebt te maken met een eigenaar die weinig respect heeft voor haar huurders!!!
