Villa Julia Marie is set in a quiet, leafy residential area of Saint-Valéry-en-Caux, just 5 minutes' walk from the town centre, the marina, and the beach.

You are right in the heart of the Alabaster Coast, between Veules-les-Roses (10 min) and Fécamp (25 min), with Étretat just 40 minutes away. Cliffs, local markets, seafood restaurants, and seaside walks are all within easy reach.

A perfect setting to recharge, explore Normandy, and enjoy the beauty of nature 🌊

🚗 The villa is accessible by car from:
- Paris: approximately 2h30 via the A13 then D925
- Rouen: approximately 1 hour
- Le Havre: approximately 45 minutes

A car is strongly recommended to explore the area freely (Étretat cliffs, Veules-les-Roses, Fécamp…).

🚉 The nearest train station is Saint-Valéry-en-Caux, served from Rouen. A taxi or private transfer can be arranged from the station.

🚪 Departure instructions — Check-out before 10:00 AM

Before leaving the property, please:
🍽️ Wash the dishes and tidy the kitchen
🗑️ Take out all rubbish and place it in the appropriate recycling bins (transparent bags are mandatory). No rubbish should be left inside the property — a flat fee may be charged otherwise.
🛏️ Remove bed sheets and towels and leave them in a pile in the entrance
🪟 Close all shutters and windows
🌡️ Turn the heating down to a minimum
🔑 Return the keys to the key box and scramble the code after closing
🧳 Do a final check to make sure you haven't left anything behind
⚠️ Please report any issues that occurred during your stay before our cleaning team's visit

☕ A Nespresso coffee machine is available — please bring your own pods as they are not provided.
