Welcome to this charming vacation rental in the heart of the Haut-Beaujolais region, near Lac des Sapins, at an elevation of 715 meters... where a change of scenery and tranquility are guaranteed! Nestled in the mountains and forests of the Haut-Beaujolais, just a few kilometers from Lac des Sapins, where you can enjoy a wide range of outdoor activities, this guesthouse, housed in a renovated old farmhouse, invites you to enjoy a weekend or vacation dedicated to peace, nature, and rejuvenation. At an elevation of 715 m, in a pristine setting, this cozy retreat is ideal for 2 to 3 people: couples seeking tranquility, small families, or hiking and biking enthusiasts. The owners, Florence and Christophe, welcome you to a separate wing of their home. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with an emphasis on wood and natural materials. Many of the fixtures were custom-built by Christophe, a master carpenter. The cottage, which is entirely on one level, includes: a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living area (TV); a bedroom with one double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a loft with one single bed (limited ceiling height); and a bathroom with a toilet (washing machine). For a hassle-free stay, bed linens, towels, and essential amenities are provided. Complete baby kit (travel crib, high chair, bathtub, dishes). Outside, you’ll have access to a private wooden deck (garden furniture, umbrella, grill), and a grassy area. A ping-pong table is also available for some fun and friendly games. The cottage’s location offers an ideal starting point for exploring the Haut-Beaujolais region, near the Loire River and the Saône-et-Loire department: hiking trails, mountain bike routes, bike rides, scenic routes for motorcyclists, picturesque Beaujolais villages, and must-see natural sites.
