Beautiful, fully equipped apartment just 100 meters from the beach

Our Gentiane apartment is part of the residence "Le PtiClos de Sainte-Anne" (composed of three independent cottages: Alamanda, Capucine and Gentiane). It is located in Sainte-Anne near 3 beautiful beaches: the municipal beach of Ste Anne located 5 minutes walk away, very famous, ideal for family swimming and water sports (jet skiing, windsurfing, optimist...). The other two, Bois Jolan (wild and authentic) and the Caravelle beach (Club Med), are located 10 minutes away by car. A 15-minute walk away, you will be at the Craft Village with its many shops. The Pticlos residence is located in a quiet area, close to all services, restaurants, shops (daily market of local products, telephone operators), travel agency and landing stage offering visits to the islands of the archipelago (Désirade, Petite Terre, Marie-Galante, Les Saintes etc ...).

Gentiane is a T3 located upstairs, completely renovated with a total area of 70 m2 (2 bedrooms and a living room, all three air-conditioned) including a closed kitchen and a 10 m long balcony, lulled by the trade winds coming from the sea. The accommodation has a free high-speed internet connection (WIFI). It also includes: 1 television, 1 box, 2 beds 140x190, 2 sofa beds (2 seats each), hood, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, ceramic hob, induction oven, microwave oven, blender, ironing board and iron, cot and high chair for baby. Concerned about your well-being, our services aim to make your stay pleasant: household linen (sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, beach towels, dish towels) provided.

The rate offered is valid for a maximum of 4 people. The apartment can however accommodate up to 8 people with an additional €14/day and per person over 15 years old. Decreasing rates are offered when the stay exceeds 3 weeks.
