The room is air-conditioned and opens onto a nice little terrace with a beautiful sea view and deckchairs to enjoy the sun.

On this second south-facing terrace, which joins the kitchen side, is the dining table.

The owners, who live on site on the ground floors, will be happy to welcome you in person to introduce you to your studio.

The property has a total of 3 apartments for seasonal rental, which can be booked together or separately (on request and at an extra cost).

Each unit has its own private entrance.

The gate, garden, swimming pool, patio, garage and laundry area are shared spaces with hosts or guests.

You will first exchange with the agency that manages the listing of the accommodation and will give you all the details for your arrival.

You will then be greeted by the owners themselves who will introduce you to your accommodation and will remain available to answer all your questions.

Presence of animals (2 very nice dogs) on the owners' land (pool and garden side)
