The Kaz Blue Pearl apartment was renovated at the end of October 2024 so that you can have a pleasant stay with all the comfort you want.

The apartment has two air-conditioned bedrooms and a sofa bed with air conditioning.

- The first bedroom offers a 160*200 TEMPUR bed with its wardrobe and a desk area.
- The second bedroom is composed of two 90 beds that can be connected and its storage.
-A sofa bed in the room with a real bed, its 160*200 mattress from the DUNLOPILLO brand.
-A real baby bed can be installed on request at no extra charge.

All our bedding is new.
Enjoy high-speed wifi (Starlink) included in the price of your stay!

You can enjoy a beautiful bathroom with its many cupboards, shower and toilet.

The kitchen on the terrace is fully equipped with its hob, dishwasher, microwave oven and washer dryer. The kitchen and its appliances are new from June 2025.
You can enjoy your holidays around a plancha and a moment of relaxation with a small coffee from our Dolcé Vita.

The apartment is completely air-conditioned.

With its awning, you can take full advantage of the terrace and thus enjoy being able to eat on an outdoor table that can accommodate up to 6 people.
You will be transported by the view that the terrace will offer you, allowing you to see the island of Marie Galante.

Beds will be made on arrival, and you will be provided with household linen with sheets, pool and beach towels.
We will welcome you from 17:00 and check-out will be at 11:00.

The apartment is located in a renowned holiday village in the heart of the entertainment that can end a few times after 10:30 pm.

You can enjoy 2 beautiful swimming pools with a wading pool as well as 2 magnificent beaches (see photos) located on the site with free deckchairs and umbrellas.

The geographical location of the Kaz Blue Pearl apartment will allow you to discover the beach of "Gros sand" by a footpath or in 3 minutes by car to be able to admire the surfers.
This beach is ideal for learning to surf (surf, paddle).
Several hikes are possible from the site.

You can quickly access the port of Saint Fançois to visit the islands of Guadeloupe: Marie Galante, Petite Terre, Les Saintes and La Désirade.

As the apartment is located on the second floor without a lift, it is unfortunately not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

From September 1st to October 9th, enjoy a very reduced stay, the site is under maintenance; access to the swimming pool, snack bar, bar, restaurant and activities on the site closed.
