Small seaside alcove located in Ste-Flavie, the gateway to Gaspésie!

Dream place to rest and let life flow gently, in front of you.

You will be perfectly at ease there, because this chalet offers you all the desired comfort and a spectacular view of the water.

Come and see nature at its best at La Capricieuse!

The chalet has 3 bedrooms and an open area that includes the kitchen, the dining room and the living room from where you can observe breathtaking landscapes at different times of the day.

You will also see, in season, cormorants, seals and even some belugas, if you are lucky!

Make yourself comfortable and enjoy our fire pit and this unique landscape, but be careful, because you won't want to come back!

You will have access to the entire chalet, the grounds, the parking lot and the beach.

Sainte-Flavie is located in the Gaspésie tourist region, approximately 570 km from Montreal and 344 km from Quebec City.

You will find restaurants, museums, a microbrewery, shops and art galleries that make the reputation of the region.

Come and discover this region which abounds in all sorts of activities: fishing on the dock, biking, kayaking, golf, theater, walking on the beach and discovering the treasures of the sea, etc...

Most shops are a few minutes away by car.

Perfect Waterfront Getaway on the St. Lawrence

Our stay at this property exceeded all expectations! This beautifully maintained waterfront cottage offers stunning views of the St. Lawrence River, with the beach just steps from the door. Inside, the cottage was thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need (and more) for a comfortable and relaxing short-term stay. Its location is ideal for exploring the region in either direction, making it the perfect home base for our trip. We truly enjoyed every moment here and wouldn’t hesitate to return!

2 Nights in Hotel a la maison

A great place to start a tour of the Gaspesie. The submarine "Onondaga" and lighthouse are amazing and the musee for the "Empress of Ireland" was excellent! The only small issue is the proximity of the house to the highway and traffic noise.

Un bel oasis près de la mer

Nous avons tout aimé de notre séjour. Seul bémol, la proximité de la route 132, très bruyante par moment. Mais cela est compensé par une vegetation abondante qui cache la route a notre regard.
