On the first floor, a first entryway leads to the double living room with a separate TV area. The living room, featuring exposed antique beams and ochre-colored sandstone walls, also opens onto the kitchen and dining room through an opening cut into a wall nearly one meter thick.
The second entrance leads to a hallway that provides access to 1 bedroom with a double bed, 2 bathrooms with bathtubs, 1 shower stall, and a separate toilet.
From the living room, which features a comfortable double sofa bed, a first staircase leads to two bedrooms beneath 17th-century exposed beams and a separate toilet. These two bedrooms are furnished with five single beds. Another staircase leads to a fourth bedroom with a double bed. Solid hardwood floors on the upper levels.
The Maison du Minotier features two separate terraces facing different directions, both equipped with patio furniture, umbrellas, and grills. The pool (25 m away) is easily accessible from the front terrace. The tennis court (100 m away) is accessible from the back terrace.
Available to you:
- Access to all on-site activities: 6 secure swimming pools maintained at 27 degrees, a tennis court lit in the evening, beach volleyball and pétanque courts, soccer, and ping-pong tables; a giant trampoline; a playground for the little ones; a treehouse for the kids; and a sauna for the parents.
- 28 bicycles of all sizes (mountain and road bikes), including 8 electric bikes.
- A full set of bedding, bath towels, kitchen towels, and all cleaning supplies. You’ll also find a tourist guide and a selection of restaurants in your home.
- For the little ones: a travel crib, high chair, baby bathtub, changing table, and baby monitor.
- Access to the herb garden so you can pick the herbs that will add flavor to your barbecues and planchas.
- On the day of your arrival, we’ll pick up your pre-ordered groceries from the local drive-thru (Intermarché) and deliver them to your home.
- During your stay, pastries, specialty breads, and baguettes will be delivered at 7 a.m., based on your order placed the day before.
- The day after your arrival, a welcome aperitif and a complimentary tasting of gourmet delicacies (dried duck breast, terrines, and foie gras).
- Upon request and for a fee: in-home chef, babysitting, end-of-stay cleaning, and Nespresso capsules.
- Personalized service and/or special rates with local providers (winemakers, foie gras producers, restaurants, artisanal butchers, and pastry shops).
