Cocoonr offers this charming 200 m² house in Sainte-Marie-du-Mont to rent for up to 8 people.

It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two shower rooms and a 40 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- 30 m² living room with TV, sofas and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Separate WC

1st floor:
- A relaxation area with TV, sofa and table football
- Bedroom 1: with king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160×200) and bunk bed (sleeps two)
- Bathroom with shower and WC

You need to go through one of the bedrooms to get to the stairs on the 2nd floor.

2nd floor:
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 4: with a single bed and a cot
- Bathroom with shower

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A lovely south-west-facing 40 m² garden
- A south-west-facing terrace, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather

The house is ideally located in Sainte-Marie-du-Mont, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Utah Beach, about 6 km away, with its historic remains linked to the D-Day landings.
- Activities offered by Utah Mer Loisirs: sand yachting, kayaking, paddle boarding, kite flying and kite buggy.
- Visit to the Utah Beach Landing Museum
- Discovery of the typical Cotentin village
- Walks and hikes along the coast and in the marshes
- Every 6 June, official local commemorations of the 1944 landings.

If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the house.
