The kitchen is fully equipped, including a Philips coffee maker compatible with Nespresso for your coffee breaks.
The villa has Wi-Fi and air conditioning (on the first floor).
Bonus: A large game room featuring a pool table, foosball table, darts, arcade machine, and a multi-activity table for children.

And for the little ones: a wooden crib, a baby bathtub, and a high chair are available upon request.

Upon your arrival, everything will be ready to welcome you in the best possible conditions: the beds are made, bath towels are provided, and we’ll supply you with the essentials to get your stay off to a great start: coffee capsules, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, and trash bags.
These supplies are intended to help you settle in from day one, but will not be restocked during your stay.

Check-in and check-out times
• ⁠Check-in starting at 4:30 PM
• ⁠Check-out by 10:00 AM at the latest
Any check-out after 10:00 AM not arranged in advance will result in a charge of 25€ per hour or part thereof.

Parking
Parking is easy and free at Le Clos; we have a private parking lot.

For cyclists and runners:
You can easily reach the canal, located 2 km from the house, and ride your bike to La Rochelle or enjoy a walk, a jog, or some fishing.
