“The quality of services and facilities is dropped by far. Used to be the best in Bahrain, but is not longer the case. Beach not in order, and chaotic; swimming pool with water not clear, and chaotic too. The music in the pool is not good and very loud. Food is not as good as before. Probably they have been affected by the pandemic, with less or leas skilled personnel. However the prices are the same as before, high. Probably not longer justified. “Everything was perfect because check in was amazing with the help of Mrs Shakila Gust Supervisor the room was very clean and spacious the food was amazing all the staff was helpful, if I go back to Bahrain definitely I will stay at the Sheraton Hotel ”

“Invece della camera vista mare ci hanno dato una side view che però aveva davanti la costruzione di un nuovo complesso quindi lavori e rumore dalle 6am alle 8pm Durante la colazione le togliete di plastica e sedie erano spesso sporchi. Campo da calcio in spiaggia pieno di sassi. Personale sempre a disposizione ma un po’ svagato.”
