  • 6 posti letto. Appartamento con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni, situato in una posizione ideale a Santa Maria vicino al complesso di Porto Antigo ea 50 metri dalla spiaggia. Goditi la vista sul mare dal tuo ampio balcone al secondo piano e dalla spaziosa zona giorno. L'appartamento è completamente attrezzato e arredato con stile. Si trova a tre minuti a piedi dal centro della città con supermercati, bar e ristoranti nelle vicinanze.

    L'appartamento con 3 camere da letto al 2 ° Il piano si trova nel nuovissimo edificio Meridiana a soli 50 metri dalla spiaggia. Ideale per famiglie, gruppi di amici e coppie, hai due camere doppie, una camera doppia e due bagni. La grande cucina a pianta aperta, la sala da pranzo e la zona giorno sono dotate di TV a schermo piatto e 1 lettore DVD. Il balcone gode della vista sul mare ed è ideale per cenare all'aperto. L'appartamento è stato recentemente arredato e progettato tropicale per evidenziare la tua esperienza di vacanza. Si trova a pochi passi dal centro della città ea 200 metri da numerosi centri di windsurf tra cui Josh Angulos.

An excellent apartment for a holiday in Santa Maria, close to the city centre and close to a fantastic beach. You can cook yourself in the apartment, which however is not equipped with kitchenware that you normally have at home. However, you don't really need to do it yourself either, as Santa Maria is a nice town with countless restaurants and cafes where you can eat for reasonable money.

Die Lage des Apartments ist super für alle Unternehmungen auf der Insel. Zentral gelegen und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Das Apartment ist schön, allerdings muss es dringend renoviert werden. Es ist sehr abgewohnt und einige Dinge sollten mal erneuert werden.

Great base for our week of Kitesurfing

Myself (55) and son (26) visited in Jan 2018 for one week to learn to Kitesurf. The photos are very accurate and we really enjoyed our stay. Bill was very good to deal with throughout the booking process and check in and check out with his local manager was very smooth. The beds are comfortable and the showers good hot water from the apartment's own hot water tank. Our favourite feature was the balcony that gets the sun for the afternoon and evenings and we would sit there and play cards with a beer. Although there is no wifi in the apartment just about every bar and restaurant had free wifi. There is a small mini market two mins away and the main beach-side strip starts across from the apartment and we loved the different bars and restaurants looking over the beach. The very appropriately named Kite beach is about 2 miles around the shore and we would typically get transport there and then walk back after our lesson. All in all a great week and would recommend fully.

Spacious but beware the mosquitoes!

This is a lovely light spacious apartment with a view over one of the town squares within easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants. There is however one drawback: The volume of mosquitoes. Despite us taking all precautions (windows closed, lights off, repellant, plug ins, insecticide spray, citronela burning incense, sleeping under bedsheets etc) - we were bitten alive each night. 50 + bites each within the first few days . We have traveled extensively in Asia and S. America but have never previsouly been bitten to this extent. We moved out and rented another apartment (approx 50 yards away) with air conditioning before the end of our holiday and had no further bites.

Til et ferieophold i Santa Maria på Sal er boligen fin. Ligger lige ved siden af borgmesterboligen i Santa Maria og tæt på stranden. Lejligheden har naturligvis ikke de faciliteter som de fleste nok er vant til derhjemme i form af ovn, microbølgeovn, opvaskemaskine og vaskemaskine. Man har dog heller ikke så meget brug for disse faciliteter i forbindelse med et ferieophold, idet Santa Maria er fuld af restauranter og cafeer, som det er spændende at gå på opdagelse i.

Lejligheden i Santa maria

Ganske fin og udmærket lejlighed som ligger rigtig centralt i forhold til strand og by. En stor mangel er der dog og det er manglende Wifi, som jo ingen af os kan undvære i dag.

Great location but lacking in comfort.

The apartment is great for access to the beach, shops and restaurants. Meet and greet was excellent. However the shower in the shared bathroom had the door propped open with a piece of wood and the shower drain had to be cleaned by us. The sofa in the lounge was very uncomfortable with no back support and the seating cushion was so thin that you could feel the wooden lats under it. There was not sufficient comfortable seating for 4 adults. No arrangements were in place to change the bed linen and towels during our 2 week stay..The manager failed to respond to requests for information. There was no information about emergency contacts such as doctors, hospital and police and information on restaurants and shops was sketchy. With a little investment this would be a great place to stay.

LOVED IT!

We asked ourselves, is this picture real or was it taken somewhere else? Well getting on the balcony and seeing the view it was unbelievable. We had no idea how close things were, and we had no idea how close it was to our relatives. To our surprise we find out that we could wave at them from the balcony. The apartment was pacious and comfortable. Don't know about the others in the group but my bed was very comfortable and since I heard no complaints they probably were comfortable too. Other than mosquitoes bitting us while we slept it was all good. One suggestion is, maybe have some screens on the windows. Oh yes, we found a net that goes over the bed as we were packing the last things. LOL.

gepflegte Wohnung, sehr gut gelegen

Wir hatten 9 wunderschöne Tage in Santa Maria und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Bilder und Beschreibung sind absolut identisch mit der Anzeige. Wir haben die Wohnung absolut sauber und sehr gepflegt übernommen, die Bett-, Badwäsche waren neuwertig. Die Buchung lief absolut unkompliziert ab, die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr nett und jederzeit erreichbar. Die Wohnung können wir auf jeden Fall, ohne wenn und aber, weiter empfehlen und war weder zu zentral, noch zu weit vom Zentrum weg gelegen. Wir waren nicht das letzte Mal dort und haben unseren Urlaub in vollen Zügen genossen, wir vermissen die Sonne und "no stress" und freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt.

Le séjour fut très bien en tous points ! Bill est un hôte prévenant, qui prépare votre arrivée avec de bons conseils et adresses ! L' appartement était parfait pour nous 6, très propre et confortable. Sa localisation près de la mer et du centre rend les choses faciles à pied. Nous le conseillerons à qui veut séjourner au Cap Vert ! Merci ! :-)

Tolles Appartement mit Meerblick

Wir haben in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung zwei Wochen Urlaub auf der Sonneninsel Sal verbraucht. Das Fazit vorab; wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!!! Das Appartement war sehr sauber, großzügig geschnitten, gut ausgestattet und hat vom Balkon einen schönen Blick aufs Meer und in die Altstadt von Santa Maria. Die Lage war einfach ideal für uns. Man war in kurzen Wegen am Strand und fühlte sich durch die zentrale Lage in Santa Maria weniger als der klassische Tourist. Es empfiehlt sich bei der Suche nach Restaurants ein zwei Nebenstraßen vom Strand weg nach Santa Maria vorzudringen. Dort kann man sehr gut und günstig in ursprünglicher Inselatmosphäre speisen. Wir hatten einen absoluten Trauurlaub mit viel Sonne, Wind zum Kitesurfen und dem guten Gefühl dem heimischen Winter für zwei Wochen entflohen zu sein. Einen großen Dank auch noch an Bill und Josias! Entspannter Urlaub in schöner Wohnung

Ausstattung und Lage waren genau wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Vermieter hatte eine Adresse vor Ort angegeben, die wir im Notfall kontaktieren konnten. Alles sehr freundlich und sehr zuverlässig. Die Tipps des Vermieters waren sehr detailliert und hilfreich. Wir werden die Ferienwohnung weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schönes Appartement

Bill der Vermieter hat von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise alles sher gut organisiert. Das Appartement war sauber und das nöige ist vorhanden. Die Lage ist ideal (vorallem für Windsurfer) ins Zntrum sind es nur ein paar Gehminuten. Würde sofort wieder hingehen.

Wie immer Traumhaft

Wir waren jetzt das zweite mal in dieser tollen Wohnung. Es ist immer wieder super schön auf Sal zu sein und dann ein tolles Domizil zu haben. Die Wohnung liegt super zentral, einfach traumhaft mit dem Balkon und der super Aussicht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, alles ist vorhanden. Wenn man möchte kann man die ganze Zeit auf dem Balkon verbringen und relaxen, es ist den ganzen Tag Sonne dort. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Danke an Bill und Josia.

Wir waren in diesem Jahr das zweite mal auf Sal in dieser tollen Wohnung, der Ausblick vom Balkon und die Ausstattung der Wohnung war wie immer toll und super. Man fühlt sich sehr heimisch und hat bei einem solchen Ambiente wirklich erholsame tolle Tage. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und danken sehr herzlich Bill und Josia für alles. Tolle Ferienwohnung für 2 Wochen Pfingsten

Die angebotene Ferienwohnung war absolute Spitzenklasse und noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern zu erkennen war. Es war alles tiptop sauber incl. Bettzeug und Handtücher. Mit dem Vermieter nahmen wir nach der Buchung diirekt Kontakt auf und konnten so einiges im Vorfeld klären. Sie befand sich im 2. OG und wir haben jeden morgen auf dem Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer gefrühstückt. Die Lage der Wohnung war ebenfalls optimal. In unmittelbarer Nähe ein kleiner Supermarkt und eine Bäckerei und in 5 Min. war man am Strand. Trotz komplett eingerichteter Küche muss man nicht unbedingt kochen. Es gibt viele landestypische und günstige Restaurant in unmittelbarer Nähe, so z.B. Bar di Nos, oder Cafe Creola. Alles ist unglaublich sicher und man wird nie bedrängt. Als Freizeitaktivitäten kann man Surfen, Wellenreiten, Kitesurfen, Standup-Paddeln oder Bodyboarding betreiben. Equipment kann man sich sehr günstig im "Surfhub" (Surfshop parallel zur Strandstrasse) leihen (viel günstiger als Sal Beachclub). Sal Beachclub ist aber gut für Snacks um die Mittagszeit und eisgekühlte Getränke. "Surfhub" bietet auch Ausflüge an. Kitesurfing war gut - Haifischschwimmen der Reinfall. Ansonsten war es ein prima Urlaub und uns und den 4 Teenager-Kindern hat es grossen Spass gebracht. Die R's aus Brühl (Deutschland)

Großzügiges Appartement mit Meerblick!!!

Das Appartement befindet sich relativ zentral in Santa Maria, jedoch mit kurzen Wegen zu den Stränden und hat seitlichen Meerblick vom Balkon aus. Die Beschreibung der Ausstattung entspricht den Tatsachen. Das Appartement ist hell, sehr sauber und hat großzügige Räume. Für 6 Personen bequem nutzbar. Es gibt auch genug Platz im Wohnzimmer, sowie an den Essbereichen inkl. Balkon. Wer sich nicht selber versorgen will kann bereits um 7 Uhr im Relax (5 Minuten Richtung Post) oder ab 9 Uhr im Cape Fruit (direkt um die Ecke) Frühstücken. Gegenüber ist eine sehr gute italienische Küche Küche und Take away (Tovadolza bei Amalia und Stefano). Es gibt in Santa Maria jede Menge guter Restaurants. Gegenüber des Appartements befindet sich der nächste Laden etc. die es aber auch zahlreich im ganzen Ort gibt. Es ist offen bis 20 Uhr. Man nimmt auch Euro in vielen Läden, man sollte aber Escudos am Flughafen tauschen. Es gibt einen fest eingebauten Safe im Appartement. Um ca. 11 Uhr landen die Fischer mit ihrem Fang am Pier und man kann dort direkt fangfrischen Fisch kaufen. Die Frauen mit den Schüsseln haben Fisch vom Vortag im Angebot. Es gibt weite weisse Strände und man kann sehr gut Baden. Für Surfer und Wassersportler ein Mekka und es gibt genug Möglichkeiten um mit verschiedenen Fahrzeugarten die Insel zu erkunden. Der Vermieter des Appartements hat sich excellent um uns gekümmert auch bereits im Vorfeld. Jederzeit wieder!!

Perfektes Appartement!

Das Appartement ist wunderschön und ich habe mich ab der ersten Minute zuhause gefüht. Es ist absolut neuwertig und toll ausgestattet. Die Lage ist perfekt, man hat 3 Gehminuten in die Ortsmitte von Santa Maria, genauso wie zu den Surfstationen von Petzi Huber und zum Angulo Surfcenter. Um das Appartement sind Supermärkte und Delikatessenläden, wunderbar um seine Einkäufe zu machen. Am südlichen Strand von Santa Maria sind mehrere Surf- und Kitestationen. Der Wind bläst zuverlässig um diese Jahreszeit und man kann sich richtig auspowern. Im Osten der Insel gibt es noch den Kitebeach, ich habe mir ein Fahrrad geliehen und bin dort hin gefahren. War ein tolles Erlebnis, ganz alleine durch die Wüste entlang am wilden Atlantik. Am Kitebeach kommen die Wellen mit Shorebreak schön rein, absolut cool dort zu fahren. Es ist viel los, aber richtig viel Platz für alle. An der Westküste bei Ponta Preta sind richtig große Wellen, die Einheimischen sind dort in ihrer Freizeit beim Wellenreiten. Ich war zum zweiten Mal auf Sal, dieses Mal nicht in einer Pension sondern im Appartement von Bill. Ich werde sicher wieder kommen und alles genau so machen. Vielen Dank nochmal an Bill, der innerhalb kürzester Zeit alles perfekt tür mich organisiert hat. Thank you, i'll come back next year!

A warm and friendly community

As two pensioners not knowing what to expect we were pleasantly surprised firstly with the location and secondly with the high quality of the interior.A balcony gave grand views down to the sea and the yachts and over Sal,the Presidents house and garden, the winter sun was of cause a huge bonus. We hope it will be available to visit again. Gordon.
