In the weeks leading up to our arrival she touched base with me to see if I had any questions or if she could help with anything. “Thank you, Monica, for the lovely four nights we spent in your apartment in Bellagio in early June. We loved the location, in the middle of the old town, close to shops and restaurants, with meandering stairs/streets and lovely seafront. Especially loved the quiet mornings and evenings, and if streets were sometimes busy with tourists during the day, that was fine, we used that time to jump on a ferry to explore other villages for a few hours. Highlights--Varenna was a lovely village for lunch....

“We were very happy with our stay at this hotel. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and the view from the window was absolutely amazing — overlooking the lake. Waking up to such a beautiful view was a wonderful experience. The only downside was that the hotel does not have an elevator. We were given a room on the top floor, and carrying our suitcases up the stairs was quite difficult. Apart from that, everything was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend this...
