Hotel vicino a Sala Umberto - Roma

“We traveled from the U.S. to Rome, and our stay was wonderful! The staff was very accommodating, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. Everyone was so helpful and made sure we knew where everything was. The young lady who assisted us in the morning was especially helpful. I’m sorry I can’t remember her name, but she was so kind and even called a taxi for us. The room was very clean, and the location was excellent. Everything was within walking distance, literally about 10 minutes away or...

“The staff bent over backwards to make you comfortable. It was like having your own private hotel.”

“Very centrally located. A small property with 4 rooms, but the hosts were accommodating and the air conditioning was wonderful! 😃 would stay there again.”

“+++”

“The property is only six months old so it was in excellent condition and is a fantastic renovation of the old bank building. The location is perfect and the staff are all helpful and friendly. The room was very clean with all of the amenities that you would expect in this type of hotel. The only downside/slight negative was being presented with a €65/night service charge on check out. This left a sour taste and whilst discretionary we would never refuse it as the staff were lovely, but why don’t...

“Ottima struttura in pieno centro a Roma. Personale gentile ”

“Fantastic service”

“Esperienza positiva. Check in facile e immediato. Massima disponibilità da parte del funzionario albergo. ”

“Stanza pulitissima e gentile ospitalita ”

“Extremely friendly and helpful staff”

“Great location & staff were excellent. Best buffet breakfast we’ve had in along time”

“L'hotel è elegante, pulito e silenzioso. Stanza molto ampia dotata di ogni confort: letto enorme e comodo, cuscini super morbidi, climatizzazione, tv enorme, tende elettriche, luci regolabili, doccia gigante. Consigliatissimo!”
