“The property itself is great, clean, modern and basically equipped. Getting in and out of the pool from the apartment required a bit of effort as there is no ladder. Not easy for young kids or older people. We did find an area just down from the apartment where you could use steps. The 40 degree weather didn’t help as the electricity went off several times for long periods. Only one control for both AC. Having to make your own bed at that price point is having a lend. ”

“This place is perfect for groups of families and/or friends - it has all of the things you need for a group of 15-20, including a great kitchen / dining setup, lots of communal space, indoor and outdoor areas, etc. We lovoed the hot tub and the hamper on arrival was great. “This property is perfectly located overlooking Dutchman's beach, a stones throw from the ocean and reasonably priced. It’s located in a quiet area with a full kitchen and two bedrooms with a door to separate the lounge. The issue with property entry fobs is a security risk - garage was opening by itself at times when other residents were coming and going . Short walk through bush to the beach is nice. “Nice apartment but we had three problems. The first was access. There is no indication on the website that it is anything other than a level easy access. In fact there is a long, steep set of stairs to negotiate every time one needs to go to or from the apartment.
