Holiday house for 6 people in Salares, province of Málaga, Andalusia.

This wonderful holiday home consists of 3 bedrooms, all with double capacity and a fantastic exterior with views of nature.

Two of the bedrooms have a double bed, while the third has two single beds. There is a cozy full bathroom with a shower.

The spacious and bright living room has beautiful exposed beams that give it warmth. The dining room is integrated into the living room and is prepared to accommodate your entire family. The American-style kitchen is open to the living-dining room and is fully equipped for those who love cooking.

Outside, we find a porch with a dining area and barbecue, where you can enjoy fantastic family evenings. Although without a doubt, the most notable thing about this house is its incredible pool with views of the mountains, where you will feel surrounded by nature. If you prefer, you can relax on one of its lounge chairs while you enjoy your favorite book.

The town is just a short drive away and there you can find bars and shops.

A very nice villa in stunning surroundings

It’s a spacious villa and comfortable. The mountain location is fantastic with beautiful scenery. When you are swimming in the pool the view is fantastic and it’s a perfect oasis of tranquility The area is so beautiful with white washed villages and an excellent restaurant, El Curro, not too far away. Natalia and her family were very attentive and dealt immediately with our questions and any requests. They have a shop which they opened up for us when we arrived late and then escorted us to the villa. They were very nice to deal with and brought us fresh eggs. The only downside was the track up to the villa which is very challenging. However, that notwithstanding we had a lovely two weeks.

Amazing views

The villa has amazing views from the outside area. Very remote, and very quiet and peaceful. The owners have only recently rented their villa. previously was used by their family. The family owns a small shop/butchers in a neaby village, which is where we collected the keys at a pre arranged time. Dori took us to the villa about 10 mins away and showed us around. They are obviously very proud of their villa, and obviously wanted to make sure we knew how everything worked. This was very helpful. The villa does lack a few things ie no washing machine, no kettle, no toaster, no dishwasher and limited amount of cups and plates. Nothing that we could not manage without, but would have been nice to have.We boiled a pan for hot water for tea and coffee. The main issue with the villa was there was no hot water in the kitchen or the shower. We were promised a plumber to fix the next day, but this never happened, so we went a week without. We found a way around by running another tap at the same time as the problem must be a water flow rate issue. We had very cloudy weather so was a bit disappointing. Just unlucky. When we left the following week was going to be very sunny! You need to like cats! We had 6 in total. 3 were there 24/7. We loved them, but some may not be so keen. However the biggest issue was the wasps. Just constantly buzzing around, so sunbathing or just sitting outside was very frustrating. We visited friends about an hour away and they were having the same issue.
