-The kitchen includes a dining area and is fully equipped with a ceramic stovetop, coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, and other essentials, so you can enjoy everything from a simple breakfast to dinner at home.

- The bathroom is stocked with towels, shower gel, shampoo, and other useful essentials, while free parking on the villa grounds adds extra convenience throughout your stay.

The apartment also includes free Wi-Fi and heating.

Located in Salas, Villarraba offers a peaceful setting in one of Asturias’ most distinctive inland areas. Salas is known as the “gateway to western Asturias” and is one of the best-preserved medieval towns in the region, with a strong sense of history, local character, and a slower rural pace that makes it especially appealing to guests looking to experience a quieter side of northern Spain.

From here, you can easily combine the tranquility of the countryside with day trips throughout Asturias. Oviedo is about 30 minutes away by car, Cudillero about 35 minutes, Avilés about 40 minutes, and Gijón roughly 50 minutes, making the location a very convenient base for exploring both the coast and inland areas.

Nature lovers will also appreciate the opportunity to explore places such as Somiedo, a Biosphere Reserve known for its lakes, mountain landscapes, and rich wildlife.

We recommend exploring this part of Asturias by car, as it gives you the freedom to enjoy both the coast and the inland countryside at your own pace. Additional guest after check-in: 60€/day.

The house must be left clean; otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed for a fee of 50€ per stay, provided they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds or sofa out of respect for future guests. Additional pets after check-in: 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. This will result in a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of neighboring residents must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is mandatory to complete the guest registration form as required by Spanish accommodation authorities, providing the information from your DNI or passport via the link we will send you.

Damage to the following items will incur the following charges:
10 € for small towels
20 € for large towels
10 € for sheets
30 € for a duvet cover

Damage to or breakage of the lock on the front door of the accommodation will result in a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or failure toreturn of any key or remote control for the accommodation or garage will incur a charge of 60 euros.

Any damage occurring during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always enter the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can resolve.

We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the accommodations.
