“We loved our stay at Alila Diwa and would absolutely recommend it. We stayed outside of peak season which meant we were able to upgrade to Diwa club for a really reasonable price and I'd recommend doing the same, if you're able to; the rooms are spacious and bathrooms actually feel separate to the main bedroom/living area, plus you get access to the sundowners at Bistro. “I really don't like to give poor reviews, but when I saw baby roaches on the receptionist's desk and not even an acknowledgement by the staff, I was startled. The women working the desk were kind enough, but the place is so awful smelling and cheap-- the room had busted up tiles and ground-down rugs by the bed.
