Struttura posizionata in una strada ricca di locali molto frequentati anche la sera, e nonostante ciò camera silenziosa. Bella struttura, forse necessiterebbe di un rinnovo interno. Personale alla reception gentilissimo. Hotel ben posizionato e soli dieci minuti a piedi dal duomo!

They gave us a room without fridge. I actually didn't know that a 4 star hotel could be without a fridge. The cleaning of the room could have been better, there was some dead insect on a corner. The restaurant is more like a fast food. If you don't stay too long is good enough

"Great if only stay even for one night during a business trip. I had dinner at the hotel's restaurant. Definitely the most expensive dish of pasta I ever had. There was no other choise at 9pm in Bad Bertrich is almost night... Very quiet town with no other interest than the thermal baths and relex ..."
