“This was absolutely the best family vacation we have had! Tracey and Neal were fantastic in meeting all our needs in a casual friendly manner. We had children and grandchildren coming from different countries, total of 11. The house is so beautiful and spacious and all the gathering areas near the pool, family room and outside made it so comfortable. The meals were exceptional and so generous. “The accommodation was disappointment. Not only did I find that there was an addition £12.50 to pay for parking at the property, which was not specified in the booking. The property is clearly advertised as having doors that open from the lounge to the outside sea front. On arriving at the property I found the doors from the lounge locked and no key available to unlock them. When calling the reception I was told that they had been locked for "security" reasons and could not be opened. It appears...

This was very distressing and concerning being a family with a small child.
