“This was the perfect house for us to stay in for our grandson's wedding at the Trinity Chapel in historic downtown Dayton. Not only is it just a few minutes from the chapel, it is beautiful and very comfortable. With a king size bed and 2 full bathrooms adjacent to the living area downstairs, it had everything we needed. The beds were comfy and inviting, the kitchen and island were spacious enough and included all the gadgets needed for preparing a meal. The water views from the back of the house were nice to look at and so peaceful. We were able to rent a pontoon from the marina and docked it at the house overnight. I was not aware but this cottage is actually on the property of the owner. It was off to the side and private. The overall property was incredibly landscaped and beautiful.
