“It was a lovely stay. The area is quiet and close (5-10 minutes walk) to Brooklands tram stop and a few minutes walk from shops and cafes. The area is also safe at night. The hotel owner/manager/staff are extremely friendly and kind and generous. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The shower was good and spacious. “For the price, this had everything we wanted - access to a well equipped gym, sauna and steam room, king bed and decent breakfast.
Staff weren’t overly helpful / customer service wasn’t great overall but in terms of facilities - the room was good, bed was comfy and the breakfast we added was good. Would definitely stay here again for a stop off if doing a long drive across the country again.”
