The room was very clean but the only problem I had was that the bed sheet was torn at the foot of the bed and when I brought this up with the staff they offered to fix it straight away. “Highly recommend. The hotel was clean, modern and rooms very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Drinks of an evening were relaxed and on the Friday and Saturday there were singers on. The swimming pool and spa facilities were lovely. More water fountains needed! Breakfast was tasty and good quality, however on the Saturday morning we had to wait about 20 minutes for eggs! “It was a lovely stay. The area is quiet and close (5-10 minutes walk) to Brooklands tram stop and a few minutes walk from shops and cafes. The area is also safe at night. The hotel owner/manager/staff are extremely friendly and kind and generous. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The shower was good and spacious.
