“This was a nice clean little apt. located in a quiet older homes neighborhood. It has all the appliances. There are steps up to the property that elderly might want to consider but we were very pleased with our stay there.”

“This place would be a lot better in the summer when the town is actually open. Not really their fault for that but it would have been nice to have had a heads up that the town was completely dead this time of year. The space is renovated nicely. You can tell whoever did it knew what they were doing. Shower is a little on the small end. At 5'10 and 200 lb I could barely fit in it. Something to keep in mind for larger guests. All in all, for the price, this was a great stay.”

“A very nice, clean property with nice amenities. There is a very nice outdoor pool. The property also has a nice spa and restaurant. We ate at the restaurant which had a nice atmosphere. The music was just a bit loud. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his dinner. My watermelon salad was delicious, but my clam spaghetti was way too salty. This property is not within walking distance to too much, but is within 15 mis of driving into Newburyport. We did play pickleball at the local tennis club. ”

“The house was nice and spacious, dog friendly. The front bedroom looks out to the water. The bathrooms are renovated with heated floors - so nice especially during the coldest week of the season! The location is perfect for walking in warmer weather. Steve and Kristen were great hosts - responsive and helpful. We hope to visit again soon! ”
