“We booked this hotel because of the proximity to the event place where a family party is to be held. It is also close to restaurants, fast-food joints, and groceries. Check-in was seamless even with our late arrival. The area is quiet and we somehow felt safe. “As you know, this is NOT a Marriott. It is very inexpensive and my 4 of 5 star review reflects that. My room was clean, as were the towels, sheets and other bedding. All of the plumbing worked well. The check-in guy was friendly and helpful. He let me see my room before I accepted it. The check-in sheet showed a price of $10 less than the price I paid on Expedia.
