Like all Graduate by Hilton properties, there are no ice machines on each floor. The only way to get ice is to request it from the front desk which I found to be annoying. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Room had roaches . Was due a refund never reviewed it was due a full refund I have picture of roaches.. they lied about a full refund after not sending it and then tried to offer to refund half of the night.
