“The property was presented well apart from the fact that there were huge boxes stacked against the wall downstairs making the place look untidy. There was nowhere to hang or store any clothes, there was no bin in the bedroom, there was only one set of towels and it was advertised online that there is a smart TV in every room and there was not any TV in my room. “The staff were very friendly and very helpful but the facilities were shocking. I didn’t mind using the shared bathroom but the shower’s hot water didn’t work (or had run out by 7am both days), the TV in my room had no signal and the blinds (in view of a main road) didn’t shut properly. The room wasn’t very clean and I didn’t bother with the Breakfast on my last day as it consisted of toast and a fried egg (which was disappointing considering how much I paid for my stay).
