Ho voluto fare una visita a Manchester per vedere la città con mia figlia... L'hotel è a gestione famigliare ma è molto accogliente e adatto per le famiglie, lo staff gentilissimo non parla italiano ma si fa capire! Consigliatissimo!

Hotel piccolo ma pulito
Hotel appena fuori dal centro, raggiungibile comunque in meno di 15 minuti a piedi. Camera con bagno piccolo ma comunque pulita. Colazione a pagamento, ma conveniente e consigliata visti i prezzi dei bar inglesi. Per la cena non saprei perché rimasto sempre fuori. Appena fuori sulla sinistra ha aperto una pizzeria italiana al taglio che a Manchester è una rarità. Struttura piccola ma comoda perché ha anche il parcheggio. Nelle vicinanze visto fermate bus ma non usate perche andato sempre a piedi al centro. Nota negativa nel mio caso la camera con finestra sulla strada un po rumorosa. Chiedere se possibile di quelle sul lato interno.

Hotel situato a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro commerciale e dalla stazione di Victoria camera piccola ma funzionale personale preciso e cordiale rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo

Spartano, pulito, efficiente. Niente fronzoli per un hotel economico e funzionale a 10 minuti veri di cammino da Piccadilly Gardens. Ci tornerò.

Made a mistake by clicking wrong button, and wanted to pay before arrival, online chats cancelled the booking and told me to rebook. Rebooked and when i got their, they disregarded my booking and had to pay again.

The staff were very polite and friendly. The room was very small and the en-suite was tiny. Beds really uncomfortable. Also the room was cold even with the heater on.

Booked as a cheap option while working in Manchester for a couple of nights and didn’t expect too much (although review ratings were pretty good). Hotel was clean, quiet and staff were very helpful and friendly. If you’re looking for upmarket then it’s not for you but if you want somewhere comfortable to sleep then it’s perfect! 10 minutes to the convention centre and a fraction of the cost of hotels in the area.

Ideal location for a gig at the AO Arena
Ideal hotel if you want somewhere cheap to get your head down after a gig at the AO Arena. Comfy bed, small, quiet hotel and less than 10 min walk to the arena and train station.

The hotel is priced because it’s within walking distance to the AO arena so that’s a positive The hotel is surrounded by high rise flats that’s got some very shady folk in them , I walked out the car park to see a full on drug deal , then again later on , I didn’t feel safe at all. The rooms are very small and the bathroom is so tiny you can hardly turn around in the shower, the staff do their best but I wouldn’t recommend it .

I wish anyone can do anything about it. The decease is spread all the across the country irrespective posh or not posh areas. law enforcement agencies are also helpless.

You get what you pay for
We requested a twin room (2 beds) which were on the 1st floor with no elevator (we are in our 70's). How ever they did offer us a ground floor double. Already unpacked we did not want to change rooms at 9:30 pm. The shower was broken and would have flooded the room if I had not noticed while my hubby was in the shower. The beds were like sleeping on a HARD floor and the pillow (1 each) were as flat as a pancake. But, I guess that is what you could expect for the price in that location.

We expect our guests to contact reception for help in this case and not carry on showering and flood the room and the rooms below.

Decent, but nothing particularly special
Staff were lovely and the room was pretty grand. I like that the reception is 24/7. It wasn’t particularly modern nor did it have any stand out wow-factors. Price was also quite reasonable. I’d recommend staying here if you’re just looking for somewhere nice to stay and set up base camp. If you’re specifically looking for a premium hotel experience, maybe look elsewhere.
