Location The apartment sits on Chapel Street in Salford, just across the River Irwell from Manchester city centre. The area has a lively, urban feel with a mix of bars, cafes and restaurants close by. Spinningfields is a short walk away and is one of Manchester’s most popular leisure and dining destinations, known for its range of independent and well-known restaurants, bars and outdoor spaces. You’ll also be well placed for exploring Deansgate, the Northern Quarter, and Manchester Arndale shopping centre on foot.
Getting around is straightforward whether you prefer walking or public transport. Extra charges • Early check-in (from 14:00) or late check-out (until 11:00) can be arranged for £20. Please get in touch after booking to request this.
Booking Policy Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled. Guests are not required to pay a damage deposit in advance. However, we reserve the right to charge up to two hundred pounds per stay to the card on file in the event of any damage. Upsells such as early check‑in, late check‑out, and add‑on packages are available to enhance your stay. Please note that all upsells are non‑refundable once booked.
Cancellation Policy Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
