“Location is everything! Just off the main shopping/restaurant street in downtown Capitola and a 1 minute walk to the beach. Comfortable stay with everything we needed. My only suggestion would be a different heating system for the downstairs living area. It never warmed up. The floor heaters worked great upstairs. ”

“The property is lovely. I didn’t have my dog, but Lynne let me know that it is pet friendly large outdoor space with a wonderful view. Lots of special touches. Lynn works really hard to make it welcoming. That includes, lavender gifts and homemade scones. It was really a wonderful stay. I loved the pig that was there to visit with.”
