“I paid £26 for the night, and felt like I overpaid. Advertisement pictures are false. Maybe that room looked like this, once. Not any more. Stains on the walls, stank of cigarettes. Bed looked like it's been slept in already. No towels provided. There was a kettle and some tea in the room, but no cups to make it in. Shared toilet and bathroom, dirty, no soap, no shampoo. Tried to raise issues with the property, but there was no answer on the phone number provided, and no reply via messages on...

“Firstly, our hosts were fantastic – they made us feel very welcome. Their family were also very friendly and helpful.The accommodation was perfect for our family, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was clean, comfortable, and had a great private garden area for relaxing in the hot tub. “I couldn't take my shower during my stay because there was no cold water at the shower and the hot water was extremely hot. In addition to that the people were making noise even in the mid night not allowing me to have a good sleep”

It transpired that the room was occupied. Expedia when contacted apologised and said It would be resolved in the next 72 hours.Thiis is of no help when you need a room at the time VERY DISAPPOINTING. Still awaiting resolution and refund”
