I contacted him at 4:15ish to get entry code. He asked for phone number. I had to contact him again to see if phone number was the code. He said no, internet problems so gave us a different code. Arrived after 7:00 & code didn’t work. He gave us a new code which worked. I told him whoever did the lawn care did a terrible job because the sidewalk was COVERED in grass. We took all of our stuff into the house after a 14-15 hour drive. My granddaughter went to the bathroom and there was NO toilet paper in either bathroom. There were 2 towels for 5 people, no paper towels, and no pots to cook in only a couple skillets. I contacted him again regarding these issues. He told me he would have someone come the next day with those things. I asked what we were supposed to do for that night. He said he’d reimburse us for the toilet paper if we wanted to go buy some. We had no idea how close we were to a Walmart & had been in the car for 14-15 hours. We wanted to shower & relax. I had him on speaker so all 5 of us heard our conversation. He said he didn’t like the way I was talking to him & said to get out of his house. I told him if he kicked us out of that house at that time of night with nowhere for us to go, I would definitely be leaving a bad review. He said he didn’t care & to get out. So we were left with nowhere to go. He said he’d give full refund, which he did. He said I complained before even entering. We took lots of pictures & have proof of everything. AWFUL experience
