Family Beach Fun
I was here decades ago when it was less developed. The beach is still terrific, but the houses are built on top of each other, some new, some neglected. The place we stayed in was modernized and clean, and the owner was very attentive.

Great Getaway!
Last minute plan to hit the beach and I wasn't disappointed! Access to the beach is just across the way, the unit is very clean , well stocked and the homeowner was quick to respond and very accommodating. Definitely on my list to go back again. Thanks Mike

Perfect, Cozy, Pet/Kid-Friendly Getaway
We rented this unit for almost 2 weeks during my stepdaughters Spring Break. I literally have 0 complaints. After our initial reservation elsewhere cancelled the day before or so, Michael came through in a pinch. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had almost everything we needed. A very short walk to the beach and we appreciated (and so did our pups) it being dog-friendly. Host was responsive and helpful EVEN WHEN we had a mix up in our check out date (due completely my error). Perfect spot for a chill stay with our daughter.

Hey Keith. Thank you for the feedback and so sorry your stay didn’t meet up to expectations. Since this review, we decided to check-out the property and we found the hot water to be working fine. I’m unsure what you a referencing in regards to the junk (possibly the neighbors as they are redoing their HVAC?). I wish you had reached out during your stay as we would have been more than happy to address any of your concerns. We are just a short drive away. In any event, we do appreciate all feedback and will try to use this to better the experience for our future guests.

Cute beach stay
Quick & easy booking on this cute rental steps away from Salisbury beach. Unfortunately we did not get the chance to visit the beach we enjoyed our stay to watch our daughter graduate from SNHU!

Beach trip
The property was exactly as described! Very clean, and close to beach access! Our first trip with our dogs, so this was perfect for all of us! Thank you for providing bedding and towels. Keyless access is great too!

Perfect stay
We had an amazing week at this property with our two little kids. Plenty of room for all of us and a short 2 minute walk to the beach. Only a 10 minute walk to the center. The property manager was so friendly and answered all of our questions whenever we had any. We'll definitely be back.

Salisbury Beach Rental
We found the house extremely clean. Everything we needed was provided: bedding, towels, kitchen and cooking items. Easy walk one street over from the beach. Would rent here again.

Convenient Beach Cottage
This cottage was within 2 blocks of the beach. It was easy to walk to the beach and the few restaurants in the area. It's a nice, sandy beach that isn't overcrowded. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great Stay- Can't wait to return!
We had a great stay for a wedding that weekend. Super easy to find and in a very convenient spot to walk to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants! We love that it is a dog friendly spot so that next time we can bring our pup! Thanks for a great weekend getaway.

Hi, This nice little two bedroom apartment is just a few hundred yards from the beach entrance. It was very clean, had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable.

Nice close to the beach place
The property overall was nice . It’s closeness to the beach was very comfortable . I wish I knew that the keurig machine did not have the generic coffee holder . Else would have carried with me . There was not a convenience store in the vicinity that had the keurig capsules so was a bummer . The owner was nice overall The listing did say that it doesn’t have a washer dryer so I can’t complain of not seeing it , but a beach destination without washer dryer is hard

Hi Narendra, So happy you were able to enjoy your stay overall and thanks so much for the feedback! I appreciate you letting me know the reusable K-cup holder went missing. We have since ordered another one and should arrive shortly. I am also happy to report that the new washer/dryer is now installed and set up for all future guests :).

Great getaway in a sleepy beach town
We arrived to a clean, tidy & adorable property. The bed was super comfy. It was located 1 block from the beach and was very walkable to the small downtown. When we realized the small cooler was missing, the property manager went out of his way to bring one to us for the beach. Mike was exceptional with communication. Would recommend for a couple or small family. Enjoy!

Beach experience
Let me start with the positives, very good proximity to beach, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, parking, tv and wifi. Just a couple of things needing help, repair some of the window screens, clean inside and outside of windows. Overall we had a very good experience at this apartment. Will return !!

Perfect Family Vacation
First time in Salisbury, usually go to Hampton Beach but don't think I will ever go back to Hampton. Salisbury was cleaner, calmer, and overall a better beach atmosphere in general. Went with my husband and two kids, 6 & 7, and everyone enjoyed themselves. Location was perfect. Super quick walk to the beach which was great with the kids and super close to downtown Salisbury. Everything we needed was in the house and was very clean. No complaints and would highly recommend.

Perfect spot!
This beach property is all it lives up to be...steps to the beach and all the fun offered at Salisbury Beach. We needed a place for a couple of weeks while our new home was being completed and 86 Railroad fit the bill. The owner was super accommodating and location couldn't have been sweeter. Walk to the beach in minutes and the boardwalk and restaurants as well. We had a blast! Don't hesitate Mike will take great care of you!

Great location!
Had a great time at Salisbury Beach! Property was clean, super close to the beach and in a short walking distance to the center. Property was spacious and had everything you could need. The only recommendation I would have for improvement is a better grill and the people who stayed before us did not take the trash out.

Nice close to the beach parking was good close to the center which was nice to be able to walk to the center. Not the best but the worst. It was a little pricy but it is what it is they all are.

Emplacement idéal !
L'endroit convient très bien pour une famille de 4. Vous y trouverez tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner, c'est bien équipé. C'est à 2 minutes de marche de la plage, à 5 minutes de marche des restaurants et de l'arcade. Le propriétaire a mis à notre disposition des chaises de plage, une glacière et un parasol, ce qui était très apprécié. L'appartement est vraiment bien situé pour profiter de la plage, mais il y a aussi des choses à visiter tout près. Les communications sont très faciles, il répond à ses messages très rapidement. Toutes ses indications étaient claires, nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

We loved staying here the beach is 1 minute away and all the restaurants/arcades are right at the end of the street. Bunk beds were great for kids! Mike the owner was easy super friendly and easy to work with.We can't wait to come back!!

Convenient location near a beautiful beach
My family stayed here (2 adults, 4 kids) and we loved the convenient access to Salisbury beach. The house is not located in the most beautiful location, but you're a short 2-minute walk to the beach or a 5-minute walk to downtown Salisbury. (We loved walking to the beach, instead of packing up the car with all the beach stuff.) It was a little crowded with all six of us in the rental, but we basically used it as a place to eat/sleep and it was perfect. This was our first time visiting Salisbury beach and it was beautiful. We will be back.

Great vacation spot!
This home is clean and spacious. Steps from the beach, restaurants, shops, arcades and more. We have rented both the top and bottom floors and both are great. The owner is very pleasant to deal with and takes pride in his property. We will be back!

This rental was PERFECT for a week at the beach!! Great location to the beach and the center!!
Mike’s beachhouse is the perfect place for a week away at the beach! We rented the first floor and the remodel looks beautiful. It is a two minute walk to the public access to the beach and five minutes to the center - arcade, pizza, food, drinks. Mike answered all of our questions ahead of time and while we there very quickly. We definitely will be back next summer!

great little spot!
We used this space for an older couple with disabilities that we care for. The space was perfect for them! We loved that it was close enough to everything withought being right in the heart of things at night when it can get a little noisy! :)

Fit my situation
I was going to be in the area for work for a few months. The location near the beach was wonderful even when the weather began to turn. It had enough space for me to feel comfortable. My only complaint would be that you could hear the people living upstairs but that is often the case with a first floor apartment.

Can't wait to go back!
I stayed here last week with a few friends and had a great time! Michael was very quick to answer any questions or concerns we had. The house was ready prior to check-in and was super clean upon arrival. It was small, but had everything we needed and then some. The location map doesn't do any justice compared to how close it actually was to walk to the center and the beach. I agree with others that the queen bed was not very comfortable, but overall this place was perfect for what we needed and I look forward to staying again!

This was my second time renting a house/apartment in Salisbury beach. This property was about the same price as my last house, but was smaller and not as close to the beach. That being said, everything here was updated and beautiful and I would rather stay here than my last place! We arrived and the place was very clean and sunny. We were super close to the beach and a short walk to the "downtown" area with the arcades and food. The beach wasn't super crowed like Hampton which is probably my favorite thing about Salisbury. I loved how there was AC in the unit so it kept the bulk of the apartment cool. The bedrooms were a bit hot at night, so I would bring a fan next time. There were also plenty of puzzles and board games in the closet which we enjoyed at night. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need and I really loved having a dishwasher for the week. The out door shower was great, I loved there was hot water out there. It really made rinsing off after the beach enjoyable. WiFi was a life saver and I was super happy about there being cable and a large flat screen TV. We brought our Roku so we could watch Game of Thrones :) and there was no problem hooking it up to the TV. The grill outside had propane in there from the last guest and we used it a lot, another great addition to this unit. I've had to lug my grill to other places so I was glad to have the grill already there. My biggest Con would have to be the couch and queen bed. The couch was pretty small and not super comfortable. The first half of the week wasn't the best weather so we stayed in a bit and it was tough getting comfy on the couch. The Queen bed was terrible, I could feel the springs poking into my hips. Most nights I was... shall we say feeling no pain, so it didn't really bother me till the morning. By Thursday I was ready for my bed though! I never slept in the twins, but I was told those were a comfy memory foam. Other small issues (and this is really just me nit picking) there was some paint peeling from the bathroom ceiling and the bathroom door handle was very loose, but those are so minor I could care less. If there was a better queen bed in there I would have given this a 5 star review. All in all- I loved this place and we had a great vacation. Michael was super responsive and answered any questions I had within an hour. I would 100% stay here again!

Great Beach House
Great stay at the beach house. So close to the beach. It had everything you need! Kitchen to cook in, comfortable beds, and a huge TV. This was my second season at the beach house and it felt like home.

So close to the beach!
This is a great place, just finished my stay and I could not be happier. I stayed with my three kids 6, 7, 9 and it was perfect for our family. It is very close to the beach, the map didn't do justice to how close it is. Also very close to the board walk and strip which was fun for the nights. The place itself was modern, and very clean. The bunk beds were great for my younger two. My bed was comfortable, as was the couch. It has an outdoor shower, which was nice to get the sand off before going inside. Cable, wifi and a nice big tv, all worked well. Square foot wise it's a bit small but I feel the space is so efficiently used that I didn't notice at all. All in all I recommend the place highly, perfect for a family. I would certainly return.

Great place!
This house is great. Short walk to the beach, close enough to the strip, but far enough away to not be overwhelmed with noise and people. The house is so cute. Its open and clean and new and has plenty of space to feel completely comfortable and relaxed. We enjoyed staying here so much and plan to do it again next summer! Michael was easy to get ahold of and very nice and quick to respond to anything we asked. Couldnt be happier!
