“Room smelled musty. It was clean but distinctly musty, enough that you could 'taste' it. I kept windows open but it did not go away. ”

“The bed was very nice and clean and comfortable. However, the walls, doors, floors seemed like they hadn't been washed in a while. The only plug in we could find was a power cord that had been glued crooked to the wall. It is an old building that needs some basic upgrades and maintenance, such as a fresh coat of paint, new furniture (the 1 chair in the room was broken), and a good scrub top to bottom. It was an ok stay, but we probably would look for something else next time.”

“A drab and minimally maintained place surrounded by asphalt with very little to recommend it except price. The online photos are totally misleading. Check in took forever.”

“We told the front desk the toilet was leaking and he looked angry at me and when I walked at he gave me a mad face. I was trying to be nice to let them know I could’ve just left it. Also the rooms were not clean dust bunnies and dirt along side boards and behind the chairs. The ledges were dusty too. We probably won’t be back there. Too bad it’s in a good location. ”

“I've stayed in two different rooms this week. First one was #6. Seemed clean. Did not use the shower. Hand soap was nice and moisturized. Second time I stayed in room 8, seemed clean until I went to shower. No fan in the bathroom, towels smelled kind of like wet dog? When I had the shower running, it smelled like ammonia, not pleasant. The shower curtain was dirty , definitely need to wash those as often as the towels , as it's cloth and tends to get musty. Tub and toilet very clean. First time...

“What makes this property special are Elsa and Brian who made a personal effort to provide good service. From helping with the door key, to carrying luggage and providing room service for dinner they went the extra mile and it makes a difference. The room and bathroom were very clean. Good value for money. The property is not fancy but I’m very glad we chose it as it was a positive rather than neutral experience on our journey.”

“2 bedroom unit equipped with micro, fridge, and coffee. Over all the property is a little tired but adequate for our one night stay. Very pet friendly, treats for our pup on check in. ”
