Salmon River: Tour e Visite Guidate

The rooms were clean and roomy--a little chilly when we got there. The heater warmed it up, but had a hard time controlling it. So we ended up turning it off for the rest the night. The staff was adequate, although we had a hard time understanding our check-in clerk, due to dialect. Very friendly and accomodating. Offering fresh coffee, pleasant conversation and information of the area. We were taken aback for breakfast though--a brown bag breakfast, while the site said continental breakfast. It was adequate though: a bottle of juice, a breakfast wrap, an apple and a one other item. But then again, it was right next to a truck fueling station--and people are on the go, so it was quite fitting.

Rooms smelled like cigarette smoke. There were people in and out of the room next to us partying and tons of questionable people hanging out in the parking lot as well. We requested a refund due to me being allergic to cigarette smoke and because of the guys partying next door. The manger denied our request when called my hotels.com and lied and said we stayed the night when in fact we checked out within two minutes of going to the room and she alarmed lied about why we said we wanted a refund. Worst hotel 6 I’ve ever been to.

We had a lovely hot breakfast, and fast service when a part on the toilet broke. The room was spacious, with comfortable beds.
