This spectacular villa with 4 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (4 ensuite bathrooms) is located in the beautiful Monte de los Almendros neighbourhood, in Salobreña.Guests of this villa enjoy a private pool and a modern jacuzzi. Especially kids tend to love spending the whole day in the Jacuzzi. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living area offers a cosy space for small
big groups.The villa is oriented towards South and enjoys sun during most of the day. There are several sunbeds and parasols, which invite you to enjoy a long sunbath around the private pool area.Private secured parking, satellite TV and fast Wi-Fi are among the many features, which will make your stay a pleasant and hopefully unforgettable experience. Come and take a seat together on the terrace and enjoy picturesque sunsets and romantic sunrises with a refreshing drink and a tasty Spanish snack in a welcoming atmosphere.We of GrandesVillas would be delighted to welcome you and your family in the luxurious Villa Rosa.

Guests of the villa have free access to the relatively close-by (about 1,6km) recreational area of the Monte de los Almendros neighbourhood. It is consisting of a large swimming pool for adults, another smaller pool for children. a little playground, a tennis court and a football field. Der Ausblick vom Pool ist sehr schön. Die Fassade der Villa außen ist renovierungsbedürftig und der Poolboden gehört gereinigt, sowie die Terassenböden. Der Whirlpool war nicht gerade einladend. Dennoch war die Einrichtung der Zimmer den Fotos entsprechend, daran konnte man nichts aussetzen.

The house is in a beautiful location and is spacious enough for a group of eight (which is how many we were) and was equipped with almost everything. Unfortunately, there were a few things wrong with the house: the shutters were stuck, the water in some showers didn’t get hot, the towels smelled and unfortunately, what really ruined our holiday: a bullying neighbor. The man started threatening us after we'd been inside the house for just five minutes and only then did the organizers tell us we need to be quiet between 2 and 5 p.m. (even though this wasn't mentioned anywhere beforehand). The neighbor thought it was a bit too loud when we were at the pool and felt the need to film us and play it for us on a large speaker. It was impossible to have a conversation with the man. We reported it to the organizers, who then unfortunately no longer responded.In conclusion, a beautiful house in a good location for the price, but only go there if you plan on not talking to each other, as the neighbor doesn't allow it.
