“Das Ferienhaus war insgesamt gut ausgestattet und bot eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Der Pool war sauber und gut gepflegt, ideal für eine erfrischende Abkühlung an heißen Tagen. Der Whirlpool war ein echtes Highlight und sorgte für Entspannung nach einem langen Tag. Die Sauna war ebenfalls sehr angenehm und trug zur Wellness-Erfahrung bei. Insgesamt würde ich das Ferienhaus aufgrund seiner Ausstattung und Annehmlichkeiten definitiv weiterempfehlen.”

There is about 1 km to nearest shop. The host offered to drive us to a bigger super marker several times a week. Very good beds. Nice and calm area. “The photos do not do this villa justice. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood with the most stunning views from every window. The outside space is beautifully landscaped, making it a perfect place to enjoy the pool, hot tub and al fresco dining area. There are cafes, restaurants, bars, ice cream parlours, bakeries, mini-markets and water sports within easy walking distance and the water-taxi to Trogir is a must. The only small negatives would be that the towels, bed linen and the curtains in...

“Der Aufenthalt in dem Haus war perfekt wir waren mit 7 Jugendlichen da und es war genau für uns gemacht die Familie der das Haus gehört ist so eine gastfreundliche Familie sie haben uns regelmäßig Gemüse aus dem Garten vorbei gebracht wenn wir gegrillt haben und haben uns ein Abend sogar eingeladen zum Pizza essen bei denen also im ganzen wirklich sehr sehr gut dort gewesen!!!”

“Auch wenn wir Teil dieser Touristenmassen sind (mitte August), waren wir dankbar für diesen gut gewählten Ort der Ruhe. Die Anfahrt ist zwar mit knapp 4 km vom Ortszentrum (und 330 Höhenmetern) etwas beschwerlich, aber wir sind am Tag nur 1 x rauf und runter gefahren, das geht dann schon. Das Anwesen war schön groß, der Pool natürlich ein highlight und auch sonst hat soweit alles gepasst. Unklarheiten konnte man mit den freundlichen, hilfsbereiten und gastfreundlichen Vermietern schnell klären....

Martina arranged all of our dinner reservations, to include chef on property that was absolutely incredible! The villa itself was magnificent and had everything we needed, and more! We spent the mornings down at the sea and afternoons by the pool before returning to the sea. It was a memorable experience in Croatia, the first of many to come.”

“Vi var 10 personer barn och vuxna. Nytt & fräscht hus med trevlig pool & poolområde. Trevlig uteplats och takterass med bubbelpool. Lyxigt att både sängkläder, handdukar och även strandhanddukar ingick. Så även dusctvål & hårshampo. Välutrustat kök med allt som behövs för att laga mat.Trevlig och mycket hjälpsam hyresvärd. Fick många bra tips om badplatser, städer/byar, restauranger, parkeringsplatser mm. Närmaste matbutik låg ca en mil bort. Något störande trafik från vägen.”

“We had eight women who used all 8 bedrooms, each with bath. We each had privacy but gathered on the rooftop terrace. 2 bedrooms on each floor separated by a flight of stairs. Worth it because the views are terrific!”

“This was our first time in Croatia, it's a place I've been meaning to visit for a while. Villa Belvedere is on the outskirts of Omis, up a winding road, and offers the most amazing views of the coast. The Villa is perfectly appointed, and Dino is the perfect host. Dino built the villa himself and the attention to detail is amazing. Lovely swimming pool, very comfortable beds, and air conditioning that actually works. The bonus of the pool table was great for the kids and me :) Omis is a lovely...

“The house was lovely and we had a great time! It has an amazing view and feels very inviting. There is some construction happening now that was pretty loud in the mornings but hopefully it ends soon. Overall a great place!”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for 1 week in the second week of September! The property is just as nice as the photos and the view is even better! Though the listing states the pool is salted, it barely is at all it’s very refreshing. The only thing is there are lots of steps without balustrades which could be an issue with older and very young guests. You will need a car to get around as nothing is walkable from the property, we sadly missed the restaurant being open! But I imagine that is...

“Noisy due to construction ”

“Purtroppo nel monolocale non erano a disposizione i servizi minimi che un appartamento dovrebbe fornire: detersivi, spugne, strofinacci, olio, sale, tovaglioli...ecc Inoltre in una camera doppia c'era una sola sedia al tavolo. Impossibile mangiare in due. ”
