- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a security deposit of €300. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices, located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours before arrival, including the details of all occupants in accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021 and having completed all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information.

- As this is a tourist accommodation, some elements may show normal signs of use or certain wear that does not affect their functionality and which, by their nature, cannot always be repaired between stays, such as small dents or marks on the walls, as well as wear on certain elements, furniture or appliances. The guest accepts this circumstance as inherent to the nature and use of the rented accommodation.

We propose two experiences for you to enjoy Salou:

1- A pleasant walk along Paseo Jaume I, Salou's lively seafront promenade. In addition to enjoying the sea breeze and the atmosphere, you will be able to admire numerous modernist buildings with facades full of details. Among them stand out the Chalet Voramar and the Casa Bonet, works by the renowned modernist architect Domènech Sugranyes i Gras, a disciple of Antoni Gaudí

2- Visit the pier of Salou harbour. It dates from the 19th century and was built to shelter the fishermen's boats. Subsequently remodelled, it currently houses a sculpture by artist Ramon Ferran i Pagès entitled Monument to the Fisherman. The walk to the pier is very pleasant and, once there, it is worth observing how this construction divides the beaches of Ponent and Llevant, separating two very different atmospheres: one more peaceful and another more lively
