We had a wonderful time and found the houses to be wonderful as well. The beds and pillows were the best….so comfortable! We didn’t need the sofa beds, but did utilize two of the blow up mattress and put them the master bedroom. They fit great with the master bedroom being so large! The blow up mattresses were a nice surprise and the two younger children thought they were soo cool!!!! The children loved the park next to the homes too! Plus the adults walked/ran the path around the park…very nice!We will definitely be using Verbo again!!!

rental for wedding party

This rental was perfect for getting 2 properties connected to each other. We used these to separate the groomsmen and the bridesmaids and bride/groom the night before the wedding and have space for us to get ready the morning of the wedding. I accidentally left my bridal bouquet and luckily it was collected and I'm able to pick up.

When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised, the place is really nice, however, there were a few issues with the appliances and plumbing. We left written details and if these are address it would be beneficial for a repeat stay!

Ski trip 2022

Very handy access to Cottonwood Canyon resorts. Enjoyed the two hot tubs. Quick response from management for any problems. The houses are set up well for families and couples, not so well for a guys trip. I would consider bunk beds or two double beds in the other large bedrooms rather than king size beds. Some of the pots and pans could use a little updating too. But overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Great House for Large Families

We rented both units of the duplex and had plenty of room for our group of 4 families. House was clean and had everything we needed when we arrived. Location was great. About 40 minutes from Park City. I would recommend an all wheel drive vehicle during the winter because we saw several cars struggle to get up the hill out of the neighborhood. Thanks for a great stay!

The place was so nice, clean and spacious. Everything was as advertised. Love having hot tub, bbq grill and garage. The office was very responsive when we contacted the . We enjoyed staying here.

Address and ac problems

Absolutely awful one of the toilets overflowed. The check in process was awful. I paid for early check in and had to call to get my house addresses to which the receptionist staff insisted on arguing with me. The air conditioner kept turning it self to 78 degrees. Pluming was very loud as well.

Beautiful Home Well Maintained - Would Stay Again

We really enjoyed this home. We rented the entire building and had both homes next to each other. Each side had its own hot tub, kitchen, and rooms. We had my brother's family with us who had their own kids so being able to get together at times but also go back to our privacy was a perfect way to travel. The hot tubs were clean, warm, and worked great. The owner and his staff were first class. The owner has a guest services manager and she provided some of hte best service I've ever experienced even in a 5-star hotel. It was totally unexpected. She called us a month before we arrived and gave us tips, got us a great discount on a rental car, and even answered specific questions we had about the home and what's in it. She even setup catering for us for a few meals and it was the best food we'd had on our whole trip. We definitely recommend this home and its owner's staff. I've never experienced anything like it, especially renting a VRBO home and I've rented quite a few.
