This stylish retreat blends vintage charm with modern comfort, featuring an 85 inch 4K TV, cozy beds, a fully equipped kitchen, granite countertops, dining area, a shower/tub, and in-unit LG laundry. With a private entrance, it's perfect for families, friends, or business travelers seeking a relaxing stay. Your unit is fully private with its own entrance. The only shared areas are the yard and parking.

    Enter and Exit through the front door only up the steps. You have access to the entire upstairs. Please keep the door in the kitchen locked as that leads down to the basement.

Before I even arrived to the property the host was very communicative and responded quickly to my questions.The accommodations were clean with great amenities (parking, kitchen supplies, towels, shampoo/conditioner, and a massive TV in the living room).I travel frequently to Salt Lake for work and plan to book with this host again -- thank you for letting me stay in your home!

Top things that are left out of the booking information. This house is located on a very busy street and it is very challenging to pull in and out off. The house also has a basement unit that you share parking with. We were in a truck and it was very difficult to park, a truck didn’t fit well with way they have parking set up. When we walked in we were met with a musty smell. It is an older home so we tried to ignore that. After being in the house for 20 minutes my husband started to have a reaction to something in the home. His nose was stuffing and he was sneezing. I contacted the host and asked about changing our reservation. We were told that our first night was non refundable but that we could change the reservation and be refunded for the second night. We tried to stay a little longer and over the next 20 minutes my husbands allergies continued to worsen. He was extremely stuffy, eyes puffy, itching and starting to swell. We decided it wasn’t safe to continue to stay. I contacted the host again letting them know we could not stay, and that we hadn’t used anything in the home except for sitting on the couch. He informed me he would send his cleaner over the next day to look at the property and verify we had left and then he would contact me. Over the next few days I continued to email the host with no response. I recieved generic check out emails but my responses were ignored. It has been a nightmare to say the least. We still have not received a refund.

“Charming” means small for a house, but it was a great description of this 2 bedroom, 1 bath home. Appliances and setup were modern, and cute, simple decor. Very clean home, and huge tv in family room. A/C was pre-set at 71, and very comfy. No tv in either bedroom, but USB/power plugs on nightstand. Small bathroom, so requires coordination between guests. Perfect for two couples, although we only we needed it one night. Was much cheaper than two hotel rooms. My wife would have been content there for several nights, if needed. Kitchen had electric stove, plates, cups and Utensils and spices. Also, electric teakettle and keurig. Only 15 mins to airport, and only 15-20 to Rice -Eccles Stadium where we saw a concert. Lots of parking. A basement unit is also rented, so limited noise between 11pm-8am. Great communication by hosts. Checkout is 10am, so be ready early. We were very pleased.

Centrally located for SLC region, accurately described, perfect for small family. Staff is very responsive and helpful if you have any issue. Massive TV and couch if you feel like staying in!
