*Please note! Anyone staying here must be comfortable using stairs as stairs are required. The garage and front door are on the ground level. The main living level (kitchen & living room) are on the second floor, and the bedroom, bathroom, and laundry is located on the third floor.
Parking: There is a 1 car garage for mid-size and smaller vehicles. Larger vehicles like full size trucks and SUV`s will not fit. For those, some parking spaces are available around back across from the mailboxes, or out on the street.
Sleeping: The bedroom is furnished with a large King bed and can very comfortably sleep two individuals.
Bathroom: Full size shower with great water pressure and a dispenser for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, so no need to bring any of those soaps yourself. There will also be plenty of fresh clean towels and hand soap.
Kitchen/Dining: The kitchen is fully equipped if you prefer to stay in and prepare your own meals. All cooking basics (cookware, dishes, silverware) along with stove, oven, and fridge are ready for you to use them. The kitchen island serves as both a counter and a dining table with padded stools for sitting.
WiFi: Free unlimited WiFi to stay connected throughout your stay. The network name and password will be provided with the listing details after booking.
TV: A Smart TV is mounted on the wall in the living room giving access to all streaming services. Login credentials will not be provided for any of the streaming services as we have found most guests log into their own accounts anyways.

This is a private property; guests will be renting out the entire townhome and have the whole thing to themselves.

The townhome has two entrances - through the garage and through the front door. Access codes to both entrances will be provided with the check-in details.

Early Check-In/Late Check-out Policy: Due to our tight cleaning and turnover schedule across all of our properties, we can’t guarantee an early check-in or a late check-out.
However, if you’d like to request one, here’s how it works: - Early check-in (*if available): $25/hour before 4:00 PM - Late check-out (*if available): $25/hour after 10:00 AM, up to 12:00 PM (12pm is the absolute latest we can allow) - Must be requested at least 1 day in advance so we have sufficient time to make schedule adjustments - Subject to availability and flexibility with the cleaning schedule -Unapproved late checkout after 30 minutes e.g. check-out 10:30am or later will be charged an additional $50 per hour. Please be respectful of our time and other guests by checking out on time. Thank you!
Quiet Hours: - Guests are expected to be quiet and respectful to their neighbors by not making any excessive noise between the hours of 10pm - 8am. Guests not adhering to this rule may be required to leave and have their reservation canceled without refund.
No Parties: - Strictly no parties, events, or unapproved gatherings on the premises. Fines of up to $100 per unapproved guest may be charged.
No Smoking: - Please note this property is strictly a Non Smoking residence with no smoking, tobacco, vaping, or marijuana permitted inside the property. Any guest found not adhering to this rule will be issued a $500 fee without question, plus the cost of removing any smoke residue or damage to the property.
No Illicit Drugs or Activities: - Strictly no illicit drugs or activities permitted on the property.
No Pets: - Please note that pets are not permitted in this property. Any guest found not adhering to this rule will be issued a $200 fine per animal.
Parking: This townhome has a private 1 car garage. Please note that it is an extremely tight fit for mid-size or larger vehicles (trucks and large SUV`s will not fit and will need to be parked around back or out on the street).
Cleaning: - We simply ask that you respect our property as you would for a close family or friend by maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout your stay. If the property is left excessively dirty and it is clear there was no effort to straighten up and leave the property in a reasonable condition, extra cleaning charges may apply.
Infant & Children Supervision: - Be aware that the kitchen and bathroom cupboards contain cleaning products, such as antibacterial sprays, washing powder/singles, etc. and there are no child safety locks on these cupboards so supervision of children is essential.
Trash: - A trash can is provided in each unit as well as trash bags under the kitchen and bathroom sinks. Please place the black kitchen trash can out in the hallway for collection according to the provided schedule so as to not let garbage overflow.
Broken or Stolen Property: - Guests will be held responsible for any damaged or stolen property, as well as any loss incurred during the term of your occupancy. These are to be reported as soon as it occurs and replaced and/or paid for.
Inspections: - The host can make an inspection of the premises and enter the property upon demand.
Lost & Forgotten Items: - Before checking out, please do a thorough sweep of the property to ensure you are not leaving any personal items behind. Host cannot guarantee any items left in the property will be found and returned to you, and cannot be held responsible in any regard for any items lost or left behind.
