La nostra casa è bella e accogliente. Abbiamo 2 camere da letto ciascuna con un letto matrimoniale. Nella camera familiare c'è un comodo divano letto. Ci sono anche cuscini e coperte extra. C'è 1 bagno completo e 1/2 bagno. C'è una lavatrice e asciugatrice con sapone da bucato per la vostra convenienza. C'è una cucina con piatti e altre forniture che sono necessarie. Abbiamo fiocchi d'avena e cereali individuali per la vostra convenienza. Se vuoi più asciugamani, ce ne sono alcuni nell'armadio della hall. Durante il tuo soggiorno qui ci sono negozi di alimentari nelle immediate vicinanze. Il negozio di alimentari di Smith si trova a solo mezzo miglio ad est sulla 45a direzione sud. Siamo a circa 30 minuti dalle montagne per sciare o fare escursioni, a circa 15 minuti dal centro per Utah Jazz, Temple Square, Eccles Theatre, ecc. Wi-Fi incluso e avrai la casa per te. Abbiamo una tastiera per la tua comodità.

This home offered everything that was listed and more. I love the carpeted floors and they were soft, cushioned and kind to sore tired feet. Located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. The host clearly tended to the look and feel of the home which made it cozy. All the necessary amenities were clearly place and available, literally just shy of stocking toothbrushes. Our host was kind and clear with their communication and very prompt. The home was child friendly and accommodating for my austic son, who took a liking to the home and property. He especially loved the added sunroom where he was able to find his own space to relax and chill. Great location for sight-seeing and very close to the interstate to go anywhere. Would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed here for a couple nights on our way through Salt Lake City. The location was great and easy to get up the canyon for ski days at Brighton and Solitude (about 30 minutes). Kaylyn was good to work with and always very prompt to reply to messages. The house was cozy, comfortable and clean.

First let start by saying the host Kaylyn is fabulous ! She provided breakfast cereal/oatmeal . Simply amazing and a nice touch. When we arrived early around 2pm and I contacted her and she immediately responded that I could check-in early . What a blessing that was because I had just driven 10 hrs and was looking for somewhere to lay my head . Thank you Kaylyn ! Let’s get to the house. Very clean and has everything you will need during your stay . The house is an older model but very well kept. There was plenty of room for My family consisting Myself , my wife and my sister-n-law. You can get to the highway in less than 5 minutes. That was a bonus , easy to get to the hospital/ VA . The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Lastly it was cold when we arrived and Kaylyn had already adjusted the heat set so we wouldn’t freeze once we arrived.Thank you again and I will definitely stay here again .

Our family time over Christmas was enhanced by our stay here. The place was comfortable and well stocked and equipped. The hot/cold cereal breakfast was welcome on our short mornings. Kaylyn’s place had just enough decorations to set a festive atmosphere. She was prompt with her responses whenever we had a question. Our family will highly consider this place for future stays in SLC.

Not only was communication very good with the owners, they provided food and other nice accommodations. They even decorated the home for the holiday before we arrived The home was also very clean and warm. We felt very welcome.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Good location for our activities. Many dining and shopping options nearby. House is very clean, comfortable and very well stocked. Communication with host was very timely. This stay exceeded our expectations. We will definitely stay here again when traveling to SLC.

This property is kept in excellent condition and very clean. It is in a great location. 4 adults stayed there for 6 nights and there is plenty of space. It is very easy to communicate with the owner but we did not need to as everything was set up perfectly. We will definitely stay there again.

My organization did not approve my travel until two days prior. I kept in touch with Kaylyn and she ensured I had a place to stay. Her rental was Very Well Stocked with all you need! There is one magical bed that you have to try!!! It relaxed me after returning from a long hard day!! There is traffic noise until about 11 PM then it’s very peaceful until around 6 AM. There are numerous places to shop and eat (I didn’t have to go out to eat much, the house had everything). I will definitely book this again if I have to work in (or around) SLT!! We dropped our son off to college for his freshman year and this place was perfect. Very clean and great location for shopping to prep for the college dorm move in. Owners communicated well with us during our stay. Will definitely request to stay there again soon!

It was really nice to have space and privacy but the beds were not the best and we both have a lot of arthritis. I would recommend it based on the privacy and amount of space - much better than a hotel room.

we were very happy to have stayed at this home during our stay in salt lake. it was clean and comfortable and had a great yard for our kids to play in. the location was great for us - easy to get up the canyons and easy to access downtown. close grocery store and parks. we would definitely stay here again.

Very nice holiday home with all the amenities you could wish for. Large rooms, very clean and comfortable. Very good communication with the landlady, we were even able to check in earlier and stay longer.
