Excellent and cozy house

This place was wonderful to stay at. More than enough utilities and beds were extremely comfortable. Big backyard and a huge home. Loved it here.

Great Space for large group or family

Enjoyed our stay! Out skirts of SLC, but not terribly far. The only thing I would have liked to have had would have been black out curtains in the bedrooms...not a wake up to LOTS of light kinda person. And needed a hairdryer. I would definitely stay again. Messages to host were answered promptly.

Great Stay

Nice comfortable house with plenty of rooms, as described. Lots of condiments and supplies for cooking, although could use some more knives. Host was very responsive and resolved an issue we had very quickly. Overall we had a great stay.

Excellent Stay

Stayed there for 4 nights and all was great. Property was clean and comfortable for the 8 of us. 18 min from downtown and 20 to airport. It has shops and markets just a few minutes away. Host was always responsive and kind. I would recommend this one to anyone.

Great communication. House needs some basics.

We traveled from out of state for my grandmothers funeral. I knew when I booked the house was a new rental. I took the chance. Unfortunately when we got to the house the kitchen counters, stove, sink were not cleaned. However the rest of the house was clean. I communicated with the contact and they provided us with items to clean and also gave us a discount. She was very apologetic. She offered for someone to come clean but our large group was already arriving so I declined. There were no cleaning supplies in the house for me to just take care of it so I was grateful that they delivered supplies. The house is adorable! Unfortunately the walls are very thin. So be prepared. The house is lacking many basics in the kitchen. There was some plastic ware but there was no actual silverware. Very minimal pots and pans. We bought some utensils at the folks store. But we had to borrow a sauce pan and some other pans for cooking. I did not communicate this with the contact because I felt that I was already being a pain. But they do need to do an inventory and add some necessary kitchen items. On the first night we stayed I attempted to plug in my humidifier. Unfortunately I blew a fuse/ breaker. Whatever you call it and all the electricity went out in the master bedroom. It was already late at night so we communicated and asked for help because we could not find the box to reset everything. The only box we found was painted over in the basement. There was a snow storm that night. We received a response from the contact that the box to reset was in fact in the basement. She sent someone over to shovel the snow in the driveway which was VERY helpful for this southern California family. While they were there the gentleman helped remove the layer of paint that was covering the box to reset the breaker. We did not have an scissors or knives to be able to do that on our own. We were grateful for his help. We had plumbing issues in both the down stairs bathroom and upstairs. The toilets needed to be plunged and there was not a plunger at the property. So they brought us one. Lastly, there is no remote for the basement bedroom. Don’t drive yourself crazy looking for one. They confirmed there is not one. Also the remotes in two of the rooms were dead so we bought some to replace. I communicated this to the contact and she also had some dropped off. Bottom line. New rental. We took the chance. It could have been worse or better.

Lovely house!

Perfect for our family trip! Location was close to everything. House is spacious and clean. Kitchen is not fully stocked, so cooking is a bit of a challenge, but everything else was really great! This place is a gem!!

Excellent!

Kimberly was very friendly and super easy to communicate with! The house came equipped with glasses, plates, and utensils. Not to mention the house is close to so many things. Everyone had an amazing stay!
