We arrived in the evening and had to take an Uber after waiting 1/2 hour for the “free shuttle”. There were at least 10 people in line to check in and only one employee working in the whole place. Took almost an hour to get to the front desk to check in and there were about 20 people behind us! The phone was ringing in the background the whole time, no one answering it. Probably people calling for the “free shuttle”. Got to our room, I was freezing after standing waiting for the shuttle that never came. So decided to have a hot shower. Turned on the shower and it started spraying on the ceiling. My husband played around with the connection and finally got it to work properly. Tried watching the tv but could only get one channel to work. Knew it was useless to call for help with the one employee and huge line up in the lobby…. Still cold, I got in bed under a very thin duvet. No extra blankets to be seen. It is February…Next morning went for breakfast. Asked about the “free shuttle” and were told it was full. Wow! Got some “hot” chocolate but the water provided was less than hot. I realised that it was busy because there had been delays at the airport due to weather, but this is advertised as a airport hotel, they should have a plan for caring for sudden influxes of guests at such times. Not coming again.
