Sophistication and charm exude in this Cottonwood Heights residence, the perfect base for your Salt Lake City adventure. This beautiful and functional property offers all the comforts of home along with proximity to skiing any of the nearby ski resorts including Snowbird, Alta, Brighton & Solitude. The home includes 4 guest rooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and is designed to maximize the 3200 square feet of comfortable living space.

The open concept main living area makes this home perfect for entertaining or relaxing with family and friends. The gourmet kitchen comes fully equipped with quality appliances, and the dining room accommodates 6 people at the table, with 4 additional barstools at the kitchen island. The house also features a media den with a flat-screen TV, a private hot tub, fire pit and outdoor lounging with sweeping mountain and valley views.

The convenient in-town location provides easy access to restaurants as well as ski access. With its sophisticated ambiance, this well-appointed property is ideally suited for discerning groups of friends or families who want to experience the very best of Salt Lake City and its mountains.

Fantastic house with views

The home met all of our needs during a family get together to celebrate my sons college graduation. The space throughout the house offered many places for people to gather and relax. We had a great time playing darts and enjoying the decks and surrounding views. Kitchen and living room was perfect for the eight of us to cook, eat and play games. The property manager and staff were very accommodating with some issues we ran into. They were wonderful in their response time. We would definitely come back and stay.

Convenient

This is the perfect place to stay when skiing at Brighton, Solitude, or Park City. The house is incredible and incredibly accommodating. Plus, Jeff from Utah Escapes provided outstanding service and communication throughout our stay.

Incredible views and location

We absolutely loved this home! The views are absolutely incredible and there are so many spots in the house to just sit and enjoy the scenery. The beds were all extremely comfortable as well, which is a big deal to us while we’re traveling. The location was ideal and easy driving distance to all of the places that we wanted to visit. We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Salt Lake City and the surrounding area.

Nice property.

One thing to be concerned with the stairs to the basement are very steep! Also having hardwood floors on stairs is a hazard, big liability in my book. If i were owner I would put skid tape or carpet down to protect liability of property. Still we enjoyed our time there,

Overall Good

Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. The house itself is beautiful and the views are breathtaking. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of space upstairs and down. Was slightly disappointed in the cleanliness of the property upon arrival. There was trash in the cans inside the house and the sinks were dirty. Also, the grill was dirty, so we opted not to use. We also had a landscaping company ring the doorbell offering their services, as the yard/trees were in need of upkeep. Would still recommend to friends/family.

What a hidden Treasure!

Perfect large home for family, frieds or a couple. We rented home for our daughter's wedding. My husband and I stayed a few night just the 2 of us, then we had our daughtes, son in law and granddaughter join us. Also on weddings day 9 bridesmaids, a make-up artist and hairstylist were there getting ready for the event. This house was perfect for all! Master bedroom is amazingly, kids room was a hit with our granddaughter! Downstairs bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living area gave the other adults privacy. Outdoors decks, fire pit, huge hot tub and putting green wowed us all! We spent as much time outside as inside. The veiws , both day and night were fantastic!

Our March ski trip

This is the second time I have stayed at this house within one year. It is a wonderful house in terms of location to the mountains- 20+ minutes to Alta/Snowbird as well as Solitude. The house in is excellent condition and is very tidy. We enjoyed the hot tub each day after skiing- the views are fantastic. The interior is comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed cooking at the house each night and the dining area also has lovely views, especially in the morning. We would absolutely stay there again.

Spring Skiing

The views and the hospitality of the host were both wonderful! Super convenient location to access SnowBird and Alta while still being close to city amenities. The house was large, nicely furnished, comfy, and clean. Traveling with another family, we were 4 adults and 4 kids in total and the two spacious levels of this home allowed the kids to play and do their thing downstairs while the adults had full reign of the main level. Would stay here again!

Beautiful house

Perfect SLC Home Base for a Kids Free Weekend

Breathtaking view of Salt Lake City off the rear of the house. Felt very secure in the neighborhood and cozy in the home. Slept 3 couples very comfortably but definitely could have had a couple kids in tow too. The home was centrally located for all of our day excursions; a great home base.

Great stay!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The multiple outside seating areas made it perfect to enjoy the beautiful view and peaceful serenity of the home. The Peloton was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.

Ideal House and Location for Ski Trip

Spent the week with 7 adults (3 couples and 1 single) and house was perfect. Large dining table was great. Kitchen was well equipped and spacious. Watched movies on the big TV in the walkout basement. Loved the dart board. Spent time in the hot tub with everyone after each ski day (would be good to get a cover easier to remove) 30 minutes to Brighton and 45 minutes to Park City. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and places to gather together and play games. Will definitely stay here again!

Really great place!

It's refreshing when the "bait and switch" anxiety of entering the door of a rental is replaced by "Wow, this place is way better than the pictures!" Perched way up on a hill with huge windows facing south and overlooking Cottonwood Heights, spacious, quality furnishings, super easy location between the Canyons, and solid, responsive management company. Highly recommend this place.
