The space
MAINTENANCE
Understand that we are at the mercy of the property management maintenance team for most general “fix-it” requests. We ask that all our guests are patient and understanding in regards to this. If a previous guest has damaged something minor and we were unable to fix it before check in, it will be reported to the complex staff, but it is dependent on the maintenance team’s schedule. Examples: blinds, curtains, and lightbulbs fall under the “non-emergency” maintenance category and won’t be completed until they’ve addressed any emergency requests around the property first.

PETS
We do allow pets at a $175 per stay rate, this applies to all pets, NO CATS.

KEYS/PARKING PASS
If a key/key fob is not returned and/or damaged, the following fees will occur: $100 for a new key fob. If you do not return the parking pass or lose it, it is a $100 fee to replace it in time for the next guest.

PARTIES
The complex enforces a strict no-parties/noise violation policy to all its residents. . If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $200.00

Apartment and building complex are very clean, amenities were excellent and location was very good for us. Comfortable bed. Well stocked with everything you need to cook which we only did for breakfast. Only negative was the noise from the trax so early in the morning we are early risers so we we’re ok w/it but I can see that being a problem from someone. We will stay here again.

We stayed for a week of skiing and we enjoyed the apartment very much. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals. The apartment was quiet and we loved the views of the snow-capped mountains.

we are here over Christmas to see family and it was a perfect location to hang out with him and see what salt lake City had to offer. very walkable from here grocery store nearby which made it very convenient.

Overall this place is solid. Unit was clean, has central location that allows walking to local grocery stores including a Trader Joe’s. However, no where in the online profile for this place does it mention the early morning clunking of the light rail train starting just after 5am every day. It’s completely audible at that time and just early enough to keep you awake at a time you may not wish to rise.

Good location, clean, and roomy. Good coffee and kitchen set up. Pool and hot tub are great. However, it is minimally furnished with no dresser or table or even chair in the bedroom. I didn’t appreciate having to live out of my suitcase on the floor. I could hang shirts in the closet though. Street cars are too noisy if you want to go to bed early. A couple chairs on the balcony would be a nice touch too. It will work for many people but we were disappointed in what we received for the price we paid.

Communication prior, check-in and check-out instructions were excellent. The pool was a nice addition and it's location allows you to enjoy sun late into the afternoon. We stay 1 night prior to flying out of SLC, priced similar to a hotel but with more space, more amenities while being conveniently located to downtown and 15 mins from the airport.

I just stayed here two nights and the unit is really nice and clean. There is a heated pool and a hot tub that is advertised but the pool was really dirty when I was there in the hot tub was not working and empty. If one of those is a must then I would definitely confirm that there are operable before you stay there. I filtered my search with a hot tub available so I was kind of bummed because I passed up on less expensive properties but I understand things happen. The house was great with responding and gave very detailed instructions. It's a little bit confusing but you'll get the hang of it right when you're leaving LOL.

I've stayed several places in slc and this rental is top notch! 5th floor unit, the view of mountains from living room porch and bedroom are riveting! Hardly wanted to leave! Kitchen has basic cookware and a keurig with pods provided. I was able to pack light since i could use the w/d (pods and drier sheets provided). It's a block from smith's grocery, easy to buy things to eat in. I enjoyed the gym facility with Cardio, weights and yoga room. I wanted to use the golf sim but ran out of time. I wanted to use the pool and jacuzzi (heated pool) but will next time. Bed was very very comfortable. Location safe and perfect, very near trolley square. Thanks Alex!!

This unit is brand new. The cleaning service wasn't very thorough (toilets, left behind freezer food). And there wasn't any building maps to help indicate where things were. I couldn't find how to get to the hottub on the 3rd floor.

My daughter and I had a very comfortable stay at Alex’s condo. The check-in process seemed intimidating at first but was super easy! Alex was great at communicating and we had everything we needed. Location was close to everything- airport, shopping, restaurant's, U of U, and ski resorts. We hope to be back in the near future!

Upon receiving the check in instructions, I was little nervous as there is a lot of steps to get the fob for the building and parking garage pass. But it went much smoother than I anticipated. The unit is top floor and high ceilings, furnished modern. A few things that would make this a bit easier to stay in would be a dresser or drawer storage for the bedroom and a few more towels - especially since the pool and hottub are amazing. The unit looks over the pool area and there is the train the comes by regularly, not the loudest but definitely can be heard. Very easy to get to any where in SLC. Trax station about a block away. Grocery store diagonal and drug store directly across the street. There is always electric scooters within a half block to get to downtown location. We really enjoyed the stay at the unit and would recommend it to persons needing a spot to stay.
