I booked this unit to give us a landing pad while we moved in my son into his apartment. The unit was well appointed, had great wi-fi and parking. I also loved the location and found it walkable to some great places.

We stayed 2 nights. After leaving Yellowstone and a very busy week, the stay at this VRBO and it was just what we needed before heading back home. We had plenty of space to spread out and relax.

Loved this place. Stood here with a friend it is very spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Beds were super comfortable and the whole property is very clean. It was a 5 minute walk from a bus stop which we used the whole stay. I have no complaints.

The apartment was roomy and comfortable. The kitchen provided everything we needed, including some thoughtful touches... coffee, etc. We loved the location, especially having Sprouts just down the street. Would love to stay here again.

Loved staying here. Came out to Salt Lake for my first “big trip” aka my first adult vacation with a friend to see a concert. Location was great being so close to everything but also far enough away for some peace and quiet when needed. Property managers were in constant communication and the property itself was cozy and a great place to stay.

This property is in a wonderful, accessible neighborhood in Salt Lake City. The building is historic with beautiful woodwork and a cozy feeling. There was some street noise but that was to be expected and not at all a problem for us. Off street parking and patio were delightful extras. We had everything we needed for a relaxing home away from home.

This one of those places where you wonder how accurate the pictures in the listing are, then you get there and find the pictures to be misleading. BUT, in this case, the reality is SO much better than the pictures! Clean, accessible, safe, comfortable, spacious, affordable, quiet, stylish - all of those things, for sure. I'm looking forward to an opportunity to visit this property again soon.

Great location to the U. Plenty of space for 6 people to hang out in the front room and balcony or eat a meal. Suggestions: silverware for 6, aluminum foil, plastic bags for storage, and extra blankets. Also, the wifi wasn't working all that great so most of us didn't use it and just used data.

Clean, stocked with basic essentials I like to see in rentals. The host communication was best it could be. Directions and rules were perfect. The price was outstanding. Only downer was the busy street in front which is expected in the area. All in all, amazing rental! Highly recommend

This was our second time staying at this cute convenient apartment. We stayed for a week each time and felt it met all our needs for visiting our daughter at the university of Utah. This was a great property. Clean and full of character from an older building that you don't see a lot of any more. The location was perfect--centrally located to everything within walking or scooter distance (the nearby streets have protected bike lanes that make riding the electric scooters feel very safe!), but just far enough from downtown where finding parking for guests was not an issue. The hosts were very gracious and responsive. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who needs a great spot to stay in Salt Lake City!

We were in town for medical reasons. This place is an amazing location the Uof U is only 10 min away so is downtown. Trader Joes and Trolly Square both are in walking distance. We will be back for the future stays!

We were in Utah to have surgery at the U of U. This is a absolutely great location!! 10 min from the hospital, 10 min from downtown. Trolly square is in walking distance. I love old wood trim and the wood flooring. A over all very nice place. We will definitely be trying to book again for our future visits to the hospital.

I would definitely stay here again. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Check in and check out went smoothly. We were in SLC for a graduation, so it was nice to have the open living/dining room/patio area for people to be able to hang out and visit. The only down side was that they are building a new building right next door and construction started pretty early in the morning. However that is just a short term problem and something the property manager didn't have any control over. We travel to SLC frequently and hope to stay here again.
