First of all, the pictures were exactly what we walked into which was wonderful. The location was perfect on the heart of the city, with plenty of great restaurants and parks within walking distance. Only minor blip is the check in process which was a bit wonky but the hosts gave us an extremely detailed description so it went smooth. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking in this area!

The apartment is exactly as pictured - beautifully laid out with a very functional kitchen, lovely living area, small but convenient desk, washer and dryer, nice sized closet and bathroom, and the comfiest bed we've ever had in a rental. The little patio faces North and there are fantastic views over downtown and up to the foothills - we didn't actually sit out on the patio because SLC is very hot in July and the resident pigeons leave their mark, but this didn't matter - we could enjoy the beautiful views both day and evening from the glass doors - so lovely. The wifi is super fast and we never had the slightest issue, which was very important to me as I work remotely and was there for multiple weeks. There was some confusion with changes to building parking permits, but Gabe communicated with us on that and it was ultimately a non issue for the remainder of our stay. As mentioned in another review, the bedroom is quite light at night (just an issue of city location and thin window covering), so maybe bring an eye mask if you need dark to sleep - otherwise it's ideal, on the quiet side of the building and with that super comfy bed. Overall, a wonderful stay in a lovely apartment with a great layout and location. We'd be happy to stay again if we find ourselves back in SLC - thank you Gabe!

Excellent stay! Perfect for a couple :) it was nice and clean and i was so thankful there were laundry pods there for us to use after I forgot to grab some from Walmart. The building was quiet and it was located near a lot of restaurants and museums we walked to.

Great location, with just a couple drawbacks

The apartment was clean and modern, with some conveniences provided (soap & shampoo, toilet paper, napkins, paper towels, etc), and the bed was relatively comfortable, BUT the bedroom needs a room darkening shade or curtains. Sleeping at night is challenging due to the lighted parking area behind the building and city lights. The view of neighboring mountains and proximity to local food, shopping, hiking, and attractions was perfect.

Very nice apartment, check in slightly difficult.

Did not receive check in info ahead of arrival and difficult to contact owner. Actual, initial entrance to the appartment lobby was in accurate or inactive. Once in the apartment it was very clean but not all amenities were present, but not critical either. Owners promised to bring the shorted amenities but never did.

Great Apartment

The apartment was exactly as listed. Great location (can walk to restaurants/shops), nice view, great amenities (gym, game room, underground parking) and very homey. The owners were responsive to any questions I had. My only criticism about the unit is I wish the bedroom window opened to let fresh air in (AC worked great - this is just a personal preference) and the sleeper sofa mattress wasn’t the most comfortable as the springs are noticeable, but these things didn’t ruin our stay. I would definitely stay here again.
